Resumo: popular, from national-popular and regional, of four leaflets that are printed in string dramaturgical texts produced by playwright Lourdes Ramalho namely Judite Fiapo in Serra Pelada (Judite Fiapo em Serra Pelada), The Warrior Joanita Guabiraba (A Guerreira Joanita Guabiraba), Travel in Pau-de-Arara (Viagem no Pau-de-Arara) and Why the Bride and Groom putted in Court (Porque a Noiva botou o Noivo na Justiça) without exact dating probably written and published during the military dictatorship in Brazil (between 1964-1985). For this we observe the concepts of culture, popular culture, national-popular with a view to analysis, interpretation proposed, considering also the presence of the string as a support for the publication of texts of the theater, in their crosses with the Portuguese and popular literature with emphasis on the emergence of so called literature brochures in Brazilian Northeast. It starts with the assumption that formal – aesthetic aspects of this system are components of the texts of the theater in line Lourdes Ramalho, line of organic-making as an intellectual of the lower classes of their socio-cultural-historical insofar as this author formalizes aesthetic issues such as challenging the social situation of women and political neglect, using as a strategy for communication, support/editorial formula of the brochure, as one can observe the analysis and interpretation applied on this work.

Para tanto, observa-se o desenvolvimento dos conceitos de cultura, cultura popular, nacional-popular e regional, com vistas à análise-interpretação proposta, considerando, ainda, a presença do cordel como suporte para a publicação de textos de teatro, em seus cruzamentos com a literatura popular portuguesa e com ênfase sobre o surgimento da, assim chamada, literatura de folhetos no Nordeste brasileiro.
