The work activity performed by health professionals at SAMU stands out as one of the most vulnerable with regard to ergonomic behavioral risks, so an analysis of the ergonomic behavior of a production process can contribute to the evaluation of professional activities and also improve the cost-benefit ratio of work by and for the worker. Thus, this work aimed to conduct a systematic review of the risks of ergonomic behavior in the use of equipment by SAMU health professionals. To this end, the study was divided into two stages: the first was a systematic review of the literature on ergonomic behavior at the Mobile Emergency Assistance Service (SAMU), to which mitigating actions were captured from the articles to reduce damage to the health of the rescuer. The second stage was an exploratory study on the preparation of a form with semi-structured preliminary questions for the pre-hospital environment justified by the need to obtain an in-depth view of the interviewees about the risks surrounding them. It was observed from the systematic review that the stress caused in the physical is as harmful as the stress by improvisation due to the lack of material resources during a service and the cognitive stress in helping a victim in a serious state, requiring skills such as agility, emotional balance and dexterity as the rescue techniques applied. In this context, five categories of risks were found among the articles studied, being: psychosocial, ergonomic, physical, biological and accident risk, to which mitigating actions were proposed in order to review the possibility of adopting new rules either in the behavioral field or in the conduct of the rules. In general, the study achieved satisfactory results regarding the reflection of ergonomic behavioral risks in work activities, pointing out that well designed and carefully coordinated spaces that favor educational interventions that help health professionals to have compensatory behaviors and skills needed in adverse situations
