Descosidos monólogos: Personagens (auto) biográficas no Diário do Útimo Ano e na peça Florbela

The autobiographical forms are a part of the production whole of the universe of self-writing and the other-writing (KLINGER, 2012) and, through writing, make the registration of life. This way, reality and fiction serve as a strategical construction of recreation of life in which real and dated existing beings are transformed in fictional characters proceeding from a historical referent. With this in mind, our study articulates the theatrical play [Florbela] (1991), by Hélia Correia and [The Diary of the Last Year] (1981), by Florbela Espanca as two examples of literary biography and autobiography respectively. Therefore, Portuguese poetess, Florbela Espanca, is transformed in a diary and theatrical character through the "fictional reconstruction of reality" (ALVES, 1997) in a process that considers "the look upon oneself" (in the case of the autobiography) and the look upon the "other" (in the biography) in partial readings summed to the inherent fiction of autobiographical genres. To do so, it is necessary to comprehend the theoretical statute of autobiographies (LEJEUNE, 2008; DOSSE, 2008; KLINGER, 2012; ARFUNCH, 2010; VILAS-BOAS, 2002, 2008) in the sense of basing our study in order to, afterwards, analyze the singularities that both texts, of the diary and of the theatrical play, contain. Parallel to that, we also mention the personal story of the female author to understand the diverse appropriations of her life in different supports, corroborating our initial thesis, that Florbela was fictionalized and transmuted into character, fruit of the marriage between fiction and reality for composing narratives plunged in a historical referent but opened to imaginative possibilities.
