Resumo: The literary texts are configured through exchange with diverses discursive formulations present in the culture. For this reason, they are in constant dialogue with each other, exemplified by interdiscursive relationships, which are sometimes present palimpsests. Accordingly, the present work is based on theoretical and methodological contributions on discourse, particularly the Transtextuality of Genette, and Interdiscursivity of Maingueneau. The goal is to present the work of Raimundo Carrero Bible as a palimpsest, selecting the work Sombra severa as a sample of literary construction, highlighting the theme of intrigue between brothers, in figuring the characters Jude and Abel, understood as a palimpsest of the story of Cain and Abel, the Jewish Testament and Judas and Jesus, the Christian Testament. The narrative carreriana rewrites bricolarmente the Jewish and Christian traditions, an interpretation that reinforces the prevailing theology in the context of the religiosity of catholicism.

Por essa razão, os mesmos estão em constante diálogo uns com os outros, exemplificados através de relações interdiscursivas, que por vezes se apresentam como palimpsestos. Nesta perspectiva, o presente trabalho se apóia em contribuições teóricas e metodológicas sobre o discurso, particularmente, a Transtextualidade, de Genette, e a Interdiscursividade, de Maingueneau. O objetivo é apresentar a obra de Raimundo Carrero como um palimpsesto bíblico, selecionando a obra Sombra Severa como amostra dessa construção literária, destacando o tema da hostilidade entre irmãos, na figuração dos personagens Judas e Abel, entendidos como um palimpsesto da história de Caim e Abel, do Testamento Judaico, e de Judas e Jesus, do Testamento Cristão.
