The Colubandê Farm is a space listed by the Institute of National Historical and Artistic Heritage (IPHAN) and the State Institute of Cultural Heritage (INEPAC), built in Colonial Brazil, located in the homonymous neighborhood, in the city of São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro. During the social production of his space, he went through several transformative processes, which modified both his landscape and its use, affecting its functions and meanings. It has already been given the function of farm, refuge and headquarters of police institutions, in addition to going through a moment of abandonment, which led to becoming an abandoned multi-sport cycle, in the years 2012 to 2017. This occurs when the Environmental Policing Command (CPAM) needs to be relocated due to the policies involved with the Pacifying Police Units (UPPs). The space of the Farm was of great relevance for the development of its region, having an impact at the municipal level, but in the last century it was in decline in the social spheres, especially with this temporary deactivation of the CPAM, an action that made both the internal and external areas of the Farm dangerous, with scope for urban violence to enter its spaces. A historical heritage that, for generations, produced a local identity with the community, becomes a feared place, being neglected by the institutions responsible for its maintenance and security, however small it was for a moment in relation to its existence, was enough to negatively impact the experience of some generations that frequented its areas, both to use its dependencies and in the pendulum movement. The objective of this research is to investigate the unfolding of the last transformative processes of the Colubandê Farm, considering its hierarchization and its power relations, going through themes such as urban violence and its representation in the memory of those who know this space, as well as an intersectional reading about access to its spaces, especially with the return of the CPAM after 2017, where we have a territorialization of the space of the Farm, bureaucratizing its access, but justifying with the return of maintenance and security, which, even so, there is still in the local imaginary the revulsion caused by the years of abandonment. This work was made from bibliographic reviews and data collected from 2019, considering interviews with residents and residents, as well as technical visits to the site, which is allowed within the formality coming with the bureaucratization of the space, to understand how the unfolding of the last transformative processes affected the urban dynamics of the neighborhood and made explicit the presence of socially unequal spaces, which even popularized subdivisions not official, but usually known in the neighborhood of Colubandê, in São Gonçalo, Rio de Janeiro.
