The terms transsexuality, transsexual and transgender permeate modern society, as do so many other servants to conceptualize and define those who do not fit the sexual pattern determined by it. Sexuality considered normal is part of a binary system of male or female in which the pattern of heterosexual identity is predominant. It is a must that society has advanced, albeit timidly, in the last decades regarding the reduction of prejudice, and the increase of respect and solidarity for the struggle of those who have sexuality different from the heteronormative pattern. The objective of this study is the educational policies of inclusion and integration in the school environment, and its main objective is to know the vision of the education professional about the inclusion and social integration of transgender children and adolescents in the school environment. The research is justified by the high number of school dropouts due to the prejudice and bullying suffered by these children and adolescents, resulting in the difficulty of entering the labor market, performing informal professional activities and, to a more serious degree, prostitution and marginality. It was found through this research that although there are LGBT policies, they are, as a rule, aimed at adult audiences. And, as a result, they also do not encourage the creation of inclusive education policies. The aim of this research is to try to understand the vision of the education professional about the proposed theme, and with this to alert the society to the importance and necessity of educational policies of inclusion and integration, as well as to foment new reflections on questions not yet discussed or clarified the topic. The methodology used was research was the application of the qualitative method of research, being conducted in-depth interviews with educators and pedagogical coordination of elementary / middle schools of the cenescist teaching network. The results showed that education professionals, despite being favorable to the creation of policies and / or programs and projects aimed at the inclusion and social integration of children and adolescents trans in the school environment, there is still great resistance from the society that deals with the theme as a taboo, as well as the unpreparedness of the professionals of Education to deal with the subject. It was concluded that in order to improve living conditions and attend to the basic functions of these individuals as a way to guarantee a dignified life like any other citizen, from the point of view of educators, public initiatives are necessary - through public education policies and Health, as well as private initiatives through projects aimed at the general society and improvement in the training of Education professionals
