Resumo: The purpose of the present study was to identify the contributions of the Integrated Multiprofessional Residency in Hospital Health Care, at the Federal University of Ceará (RESMULTI-UFC), for the organization of Social Work work in kidney, liver and bone marrow transplant units. bone, from the Hospital Universitário Walter Cantídio (HUWC-UFC), between the years 2011 and 2019. The research was configured by an analysis of the content systematized by social workers who in this timeframe were linked to RESMULTI-UFC, in condition of residents, tutors and tutor, and integrated the collective work processes of the referred transplant units. It was also subsidized by observations recorded in a field diary, when in the experience as a resident between the years 2014 and 2016, and by documentary analysis. For specific objectives, we sought to analyze with the expressions of the State's counter-reform the collective work processes in HUWC and in it RESMULTI-UFC, as well as its potentialities aimed at strengthening the Sanitary Reform Project; identify health needs that present themselves as transplant demands and responses constructed by social workers; to identify how the systematizations have contributed to “feed back” the practice in the daily work of the institution and if they show that RESMULTI-UFC has contributed to the transformation of the culture centered on the valorization of medical knowledge. Although with the impossibility of going to the field, due to the pandemic of COVID 19, through the content analysis it was possible to apprehend significant elements to answer the hypotheses that RESMULTI-UFC, objectively, materializes as a significant field to reflect the reality and to strengthen the counter-hegemonic project, which seeks to transform health practices, but directly suffers the effects of the dismantling context of SUS and the precariousness of labor relations; the systematizations of Social Work in the context of RESMULTI-UFC brought significant subsidies to reflect the expressions of the social issue in the context of transplantation and have contributed to the constant “feedback” of the work in these units and, with regard to the empirical field of systematizations, it has to be said that the formation of multiprofessional teams in health and the insertion of Social Services in these has the potential to apprehend the “transplantation process” and not just the “procedure;” but for that, it is necessary to build actions aimed at breaking with the centralized hospital culture of medical knowledge. What was sought to demonstrate was the movement made by social workers around certain objects of research, through which they built reflections and contribution to professional work. These were allowed by the socio-occupational space of the HUWC transplant, mediated by the actions, purposes and conditions in which RESMULTI-UFC was established.

These were allowed by the socio-occupational space of the HUWC transplant, mediated by the actions, purposes and conditions in which RESMULTI-UFC was established. Submitted by Angélica CCS/C (angelicauerj2015@gmail.com) on 2022-01-19T19:56:15Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Dissertação - Fernanda Maia Gurjão - 2021 - Completa.pdf: 1164350 bytes, checksum: b824d47cce3c3e329863a1262d10f7fc (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2022-01-19T19:56:15Z (GMT).
