We aim in this paper to analyze how the subject of psychoanalysis works as an obstacle to hygienism. This discourse reappears through the new attempt of medicalization of human behavior, discourse which submits clinical issues, political and social barriers to an organic cause using for this one neurogenetics new guise. To weave the conceptual and ideological nets that hygienism is articulated, it uses a research historical-epistemological. It intends to develop how the proposal ethics of psychoanalysis is presented as obstacle to these discourses, because it aims the accountability of a subject and not a biology or a moral norm. And because it refers to the subject, the psychoanalysis will point the treatment to another direction: the direction which it appears in the foreground is not more a biopower that aims to set a rule, but precisely to that that is not reducible to any rule. It analyzes, through Koyré, how intellectual scientific posture breaks with the knowledge linked to the common sense and ideologies. It is pointing out how these discourses are nothing new, in fact, they are not more than a scientism. Is because the science is established from one operating mode mathematized with the real, it expels of its field of operation the subject. In this sense, the subject is condition and residue of scientific activity. It argues from the Lacan's work that it was the condition for that psychoanalysis could operate with the subject. This subject can not be other than the speaking subject. We point out the specificity of the idea of structure in psychoanalysis and the Lacan's reading of structuralism through Koyré's studies of the history of science. To this end, it works the constitution the subject demonstrating that the significant plays its materiality constituent which, as such, does not refer to a chronology or a empirical existence. The subject is not, therefore, on the order of natural, it hasn't a biological status, but rather, logical.
