It presents a proposition of theoretical investigation that, through comparative readings, seeks to understand the justification of the recurrent link between Kant's rational ethics and the sensitization of reason carried out by the philosopher in the texts of the 1790s, entitled in this work of late texts. The critical texts from both the 1780s and the 1790s are analyzed in order to understand the treatment that the critical philosopher gives to feelings in those texts. Therefore, the objective is to identify the limit of approximation and relationship between reason and sensitivity without compromising Kant's practical philosophy, as well as analyzing the consequences of an insertion and acceptance of sensitive elements as principles or foundation(s) of deontological ethics of Kant. Furthermore, it will be suggested that Kant, in his writings from the denominated critical period never had any contempt for feelings/emotions, nor did he refuse their presence in moral discussions; still, justify positions contrary to some theses of the commentators referenced in order to provoke reflection about their justifications.
