Resumo: This work from master's degree analyzes the historical process of the field project dispute in Brazil and Goiás. In this direction were developed analytical critical studies on the expansion of capitalism in the field, with emphasis on the neoliberal phase, we understand that agriculture is related the capitalist mode of production, under the structured logic of antagonistic classes in disputes, and landlordism is the result of social and historical process, option and enforcement of the dominant class, remaining until today as a scourge of our society that can only be cured with the democratization of land, giving it a social and ecological function, as opposed to the hegemonic model of the current agriculture, agribusiness, which we consider an exhausted model, full of contradictions and responsible for the environmental and socioeconomic problems affecting the majority of society . We affirm the need to overcome the rural-urban dichotomy as a way of building a society project with social and ecological justice. We identify the State as the main inducing agent and protector of the hegemonic model and the socially and economically unproductive latifundia. The capital offensive in the Brazilian field requires new challenges to the struggle for democratization of access to land and agrarian reform, a new confrontation with the output of direct confrontation with economically unproductive latifundia, for a coping articulated around agribusiness models and their economic, political and ideological arrangements. The struggle for land acquired a class character, design contest, land and territory as inseparable dialectical unity. We conclude that the new elements of the agrarian question and contemporary agrarian reform is a challenge to be faced in the theoretical / conceptual level, as the practice of the subject action directly involved with this cause. The solution to the agrarian question goes through an agrarian reform and a set of measures, programs and structural policies in / and the field. Contemporary agrarian reform is not only a necessity of landless peasants, neither they have enough strength to do it. The “popular land reform" is transient, is an accumulation strategy forces for agrarian reform of the socialist type. It is considered that, from a geostrategic point of view that this "popular agrarian reform" must signal to a popular alliance with the working class of the country and the city. The camps play a key role to organize, enhance and create the basis for the formation of a new type of peasants with a world view and society to rethink the use and care practices with the land and the ecology. We argue that in the project dispute view, the struggle for land, directly involved subjects and the organization of political intentionality contribute to qualitative leaps in the construction of anti-hegemonic project. The project of "popular agrarian reform" is a construction against hegemonic to the neoliberal model, and points to another social logic of coping in the context of the agrarian question in this beginning XXI century.

The project of "popular agrarian reform" is a construction against hegemonic to the neoliberal model, and points to another social logic of coping in the context of the agrarian question in this beginning XXI century. O projeto da reforma agrária popular é uma construção contra-hegemônica ao modelo neoliberal, e aponta para outra lógica social de enfretamento no contexto da questão agrária, nesse inicio de século XXI.Submitted by Luciana Ferreira (lucgeral@gmail.com) on 2018-07-30T11:51:41Z No. of bitstreams: 2 Dissertação - José Valdir Misnerovicz - 2015.pdf: 4239813 bytes, checksum: 8e4e2e77e807a71e2faca9aa4ac95d70 (MD5) license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5)Approved for entry into archive by Luciana Ferreira (lucgeral@gmail.com) on 2018-07-30T13:58:37Z (GMT) No. of bitstreams: 2 Dissertação - José Valdir Misnerovicz - 2015.pdf: 4239813 bytes, checksum: 8e4e2e77e807a71e2faca9aa4ac95d70 (MD5) license_rdf: 0 bytes, checksum: d41d8cd98f00b204e9800998ecf8427e (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2018-07-30T13:58:37Z (GMT).
