Criação e validação de um instrumento digital de acompanhamento de egressos para educação profissional e tecnológica: um estudo piloto

Resumo: | This study has as general objective the creation and validation of a digital system to monitor the egress for professional and technological education. Through this tool it is intended to re-establish the link between the professionals who went to the world of work educational institutions mediated by the graduates, in order to contribute in the formation of new professionals presenting their vision of the world of work. This connection would contribute to the training of new professionals due to the exchange of information by the educational professions in the work force. This monitoring is fundamental for the evaluation of the courses, especially for the planning of new actions and reformulation of pedagogical proposals, in order to improve the quality of teaching. This is a methodological, exploratory and descriptive study with a quantitative and bibliographical approach, where its theoretical reference is based on the studies of the history of vocational education and the National Curricular Guidelines for Vocational and Technological Education for the Technical Courses of Middle Level. Participating in the study were 30 professional judges involved in education, who evaluated all items in the questionnaire regarding their relevance, clarity and appearance using a form in Google Forms. From this evaluation was calculated the content validation coefficient (CVC), with CVC value = 0.82 for the whole instrument, considered satisfactory. After the content validation the instrument was transported to a computer system, which was used to collect data from 30 graduates of the Nursing Technical Course of the Federal University of Paraíba (UFPB), who participated in the pilot study, in order to test the instrument. The validation of internal consistency or reliability of this instrument was calculated using the Cronbach's alpha coefficient, which presented excellent internal consistency of the items of the instrument scale, with a value of α=0.96. The results are presented through graphs generated by the computational system and tables of the seven dimensions that compose it: 1. Socioeconomic profile; 2. Course data; 3. Professional insertion; 4. World of work; 5. Vocational training; 6. Professional satisfaction and 7. Educational trajectory. The study shows the knowledge acquired by the graduates during the course, making it possible to trace their professional profile and evaluation of the quality of their professional training provided by the training institution, with regard to theoretical and practical knowledge and what skills and abilities are indispensable for professionals who are inserted or not in the world of work. The final product besides presenting theoretical support, since it is based on bibliographical and empirical research, has its importance enhanced by this practical aspect. Through the egress mediation, the instrument makes it possible to constantly evaluate the professional training of students, in line with the changes experienced by society and the new configurations present in the world of work and its demands. |

Através desta ferramenta pretende-se restabelecer o vínculo entre os profissionais que foram para o mundo do trabalho instituições educativas mediado pelos egressos, afim de contribuir na formação de novos profissionais apresentando a sua visão do mundo do trabalho. Esse monitoramento é fundamental para avaliação dos cursos, sobretudo para o planejamento de novas ações e reformulação de propostas pedagógica, afim de melhorar a qualidade de ensino. Trata-se de um estudo metodológico, exploratório e descritivo com abordagem quantitativa e bibliográfica, onde seu referencial teórico baseia-se nos estudos da história do ensino profissional e das Diretrizes Curriculares Nacionais da Educação Profissional e Tecnológica para os cursos Técnicos de Nível Médio. Participaram do estudo 30 juízes profissionais envolvidos com a área de educação, que avaliaram todos os itens do questionário quanto a sua pertinência, clareza e aparência, utilizando um formulário no Google Forms. Dessa avaliação foi calculado o coeficiente de validação de conteúdo (CVC), com valor CVC=0,82 para todo o instrumento, índice considerado satisfatório. Após a validação de conteúdo o instrumento foi transportado para um sistema computacional, esse utilizado para coleta de dados de 30 egressos do Curso Técnico em Enfermagem da Universidade Federal da Paraíba (UFPB), que participaram do estudo piloto, afim de testar o instrumento. A validação de consistência interna ou fidedignidade deste instrumento, foi calculada através do coeficiente alfa de Cronbach, que apresentou ótima consistência interna dos itens da escala do instrumento, com valor de α=0,96. Os resultados são apresentados através de gráficos gerados pelo sistema computacional e tabelas das sete dimensões que o compõem: 1. Perfil socioeconômico; 2. Dados do curso; 3. Inserção profissional; 4. Mundo do trabalho; 5. Formação profissional; 6. Satisfação profissional e 7. Trajetória educacional. O estudo mostra os conhecimentos adquiridos pelos egressos durante o curso possibilitando traçar o seu perfil profissional e avaliação da qualidade da sua formação profissional proporcionada pela instituição formadora, quanto aos conhecimentos teóricos e práticos e quais as competências e habilidades indispensáveis aos profissionais que estão inseridos ou não no mundo do trabalho. O produto final além de apresentar suporte teórico, já que está pautado em pesquisa bibliográfica e empírica, tem sua importância potencializada por esse aspecto prático.
