The planning of the seed production fields is very important, being the efficiency in the conduction and use of the fields, processing, storage, until marketing and postsales, fundamental to the company progression that wants to maintain and/or grow in a market so demanding in quality. The study was conducted at the company Agricultural Regional Cooperative of Campos Novos - COPERCAMPOS, located in the municipality of Campos Novos - SC, with soybean seeds produced and marketed in the crop years of 2008/2009 and 2009/2010, in the form of licensing and verticalized. The aim was to evaluate the efficiency in the production of soybean seeds of the company, where the fields of seed production are conducted. The cultivars choice is set with the partner companies by market demand of soybean seeds and contract settlement with the breeder. The parameters obtained from production, processing, approval and marketing have shown useful values for the cooperative. Based on the results, it was reached the following conclusions: 1 - the elimination percentage of the seed lots by low quality is less than 5%, 2 - the leftover of seeds processed represents more than 5% of the total seeds produced, 3 - only three cultivars account for more than 55% of the total seeds produced and 4 - the form of verticalized production adopted by breeders exceeds 50% of the total seed produced.
