O pensamento ético ricoeuriano enfatiza que o ser humano é capaz de uma irredutível disposição para o bem, para o amor, que exige alteridade e evoca responsabilidade. Esta tese se situa no horizonte do perdão, cujos desafios efetivos do bemviver são talhados pela sabedoria prática. Como o nosso presente reivindica renovadas discussões acerca da vida boa para todos, discutiremos algumas questões relativas à ética do bem-viver segundo Paul Ricoeur, especialmente aquelas que dizem respeito ao cuidado, aos conflitos e à justiça social. Utilizaremos metodologia de revisão bibliográfica, cujo método hermenêutico interpretativo se faz presente. O recorte da pesquisa se dá no entorno da pequena ética de Paul Ricoeur (pontualmente discutida nos capítulos sete a nove da obra "O si mesmo como um outro"). Faremos uma interlocução com a antropologia filosófica do ser humano capaz em Ricoeur, a fim de lançarmos luzes sobre o bem-viver humano. O problema da pesquisa é: o que é o bem-viver na ética de Paul Ricoeur? E quais são os desafios para a genuína efetivação desse bem-viver? Entendemos que conceitos como: amor, justiça, perdão, bom, bem, identidade, ipseidade, teleologia e sabedoria prática estarão no rol das discussões. Se é verdade que, na atual conjuntura social, há uma mentalidade disseminada de que cada um deverá perseguir o seu próprio bem, segundo o entendimento de bem, na perspectiva ética de Ricoeur, o bem-viver somente será alcançado quando se levar em conta o bem da coletividade. A pequena ética ricoeuriana fundamentada na teleologia aristotélica e na deontologia kantiana existe em função da concretização deste ideal de vida boa. A presente tese trilhará esta direção, a fim de passar incólume, sem desviar para outras temáticas que compõem a vasta obra de Ricoeur. A vivência de todos numa mesma sociedade tão desigual e dependente de uma Casa Comum para sobreviver, naturalmente, nos coloca diante de um problema permeado pela pesquisa: como atingir o bem-viver ou uma vida boa garantindo a justiça para todos em face das desigualdades reinantes? Esse problema nos possibilita ver que se trata de uma encruzilhada, com fronteiras tênues exigindo delicadeza e perspicácia nos contornos reflexivos. Os resultados esperados circunscrevem-se ao fato de que o bem-viver proposto na pequena ética de Paul Ricoeur se dá de forma comunitária, numa perspectiva de educação para o coletivo, em detrimento de uma vida fragmentária. Desse modo, argumentamos que o ser humano capaz só atinge o bem-viver na medida em que coloca o seu foco de ação na teleologia humana, isto é, na sua vocação para realizar o bem, agindo retamente. Isso implica levar em consideração o outro que não faz parte do seu círculo de amigos. Daí a importância das instituições justas, cujo papel é garantir que esse outro invisível tenha acesso aos mesmos bens gerados pela cultura. Trata-se, pois, de um bem que se materializa nas instituições justas, cujas garantias do bemviver para todos, inclusive o desconhecido, elas pressupõem.Abstract: This investigation is limited to the philosophical anthropology of the capable human being, forged in Paul Ricoeur's little ethics. Ricoeur's ethical thought emphasizes that the human being is capable of an irreducible disposition for good, for love, demands otherness and evokes responsibility. This thesis is situated on the horizon of forgiveness, whose effective challenges of living well are shaped by practical wisdom. As our present calls for renewed discussions about the good life for all, we will discuss some issues related to the ethics of well-being according to Paul Ricoeur, especially those related to care, conflicts and social justice. We will use bibliographic review methodology, whose interpretative hermeneutic method is present. The focus of the research takes place around the small ethics of Paul Ricoeur (discussed in chapters seven to nine of the work "O si mesmo como um outro"). We will make an interlocution with the philosophical anthropology of the capable human being in Ricoeur, in order to shed light on human well-being. The research problem: what is good living in Paul Ricoeur's ethics? And what are the challenges for the genuine realization of this well-being? We understand that concepts such as: love, justice, forgiveness, good, well, identity, selfhood, teleology and practical wisdom will be on the list of discussions. If it is true that, in the current social situation, there is a widespread mentality that each one should pursue their own good, according to the understanding of good, in Ricoeur's ethical perspective, well-being will only be achieved when one takes into account the good of the collectivity. The small Ricoeurian ethics based on Aristotelian teleology and Kantian deontology exists in order to materialize this ideal of a good life. The present thesis will follow this direction so that it can remain unscathed, without deviating to other themes that make up Ricoeur's vast work. The experience of all in the same society that is so unequal and dependent on a Common Home to survive, naturally, confronts us with a problem permeated by the research: how to achieve well-being or a good life by guaranteeing justice for all in the face of prevailing inequalities? This problem allows us to see that it is a crossroads and tenuous borders demanding delicacy and perspicacity in the reflexive contours. The expected results are limited to the fact that the well-being proposed in Paul Ricoeur's small ethics takes place in a community way, in a perspective of education for the collective, to the detriment of a fragmented life. In this way, we argue that the capable human being only achieves the good life to the extent that he places his focus of action on human teleology, that is, on his vocation to do good, acting righteously. This implies taking into account the other who is not part of your circle of friends. Hence the importance of fair institutions, whose role is to ensure that this invisible other has access to the same goods generated by culture.
