Defesa: Curitiba, 13/11/2015Inclui referências : f. 256-266Resumo: Esta tese tem por objetivo investigar e analisar a ação política de mulheres em luta contra a ditadura civil-militar no Estado do Paraná, Brasil, a partir de suas narrativas autobiográficas. As jovens estudantes ou universitárias, no final da década de 1960 e início da de 1970, Teresa, Clair, Ana Beatriz, Lídia, Elizabeth, Ligia, Noemi, Rosilei, Zélia, Adair, Cecília, Neide, Teresinha e Izabel romperam, cada qual a seu modo, com os padrões tradicionais de conduta impostos às mulheres e escolheram para si o projeto pessoal pela ação política. O recorte temporal desta investigação abrangeu os anos de 1964 a 1985, período em que as mulheres se identificaram com a luta e os desdobramentos de suas escolhas ? clandestinidade, exílios e retorno à legalidade com a anistia. O recorte espacial incidiu sobre a cidade de Curitiba e foi definido por duas razões: primeiro, porque este foi o local no qual, na atualidade, encontramos as mulheres que aceitaram participar da pesquisa e, em segundo, a capital foi o território da atuação dessas mulheres. A memória social sobre o período ditatorial no estado constrói uma noção de político para essas mulheres que é a invisibilidade, i.e., o apagamento de suas performances políticas. Assim, entendemos tal construção enquanto um silêncio político dotado de estratégias de poder, dado o trabalho historiográfico e memorialístico, para negar a presença e a atuação das mulheres militantes. Tendo como foco privilegiado de observação as experiências e a invenção subjetiva de inserção política dessas mulheres, analisamos a constituição da subjetividade de três militantes, tratando a memória como uma prática de si, i.e., um exame voltado para si e também para o outro. As narrativas foram interpretadas como uma possibilidade de invenção subjetiva de gênero, seja problematizando como fizeram do gênero um local possível de resistência, seja como fizeram do ato de relembrar uma possibilidade de se reinventar como sujeitos políticos. A reflexão teve seus pressupostos teóricos tomados da noção de "agência" de Judith Butler, de "local de agência" de Leonor Arfuch, de "escrita de si" e de "estética da existência", de Michel Foucault. Palavras-chave: Ditadura civil-militar; Memória; Subjetividades; Militância política; Mulheres.Abstract: The goal of this doctoral dissertation was to assess the political action of women struggling against the civil-military dictatorship in the State of Paraná, Brazil, using their autobiographical narratives. In the late 1960s and early 1970s, the young students or undergraduate students Teresa, Clair, Ana Beatriz, Lídia, Elizabeth, Ligia, Noemi, Rosilei, Zélia, Adair, Cecília, Neide, Teresinha, and Izabel, each in her own way, broke with the traditional behavior standards imposed upon women and chose the personal project of political action for them. The research covered the years from 1964 to 1985, a period in which women identified themselves with the struggle and the consequences of their choices, namely: clandestinity; exile; and return to legality through amnesty. The city of Curitiba was chosen for two reasons: firstly, because it was the location where we found the women who agreed to participate in the research and, secondly, this capital city was the territory of action of these women. The social memory about the dictatorial period in the State of Paraná builds a political notion of invisibility for these women, i.e., the deletion of their political performances. Therefore, we understand such a construction as a political silence with power strategies, given the historiographical and memorialistic work aimed at denying the presence and action of activist women. Having the experiences and the subjective invention of political insertion of these women as a focus, we assessed the constitution of the subjectivity of three activists, treating the memory as a practice of the self; i.e., an assessment focused on themselves and also on the others. The narratives were interpreted as a possibility of subjective invention of gender; either questioning how they turned gender into a possible location for resistance or how they turned the act of remembering into a chance to reinvent themselves as political subjects. The theoretical assumptions of this reflection were taken from Judith Butler's notion of "agency", Leonor Arfuch's "agency location", and Michel Foucault's "writing the self" and "aesthetics of existence".
