Resumo: | The present job aims to reveal the results of the quality research, taken in Marambaia Island, located in Mangaratiba, south coast of Rio de Janeiro State, using as investigation objects the relation between the people who live there compounded by slave descendants from Breves Commander, cai?aras and former students and workers of The Fishing Technical School Darcy Vargas (1039-1970) and E. M. Levy Miranda, concerning pedagogic aspects, the community wishes, the school profile, curriculum issues and educational project possibilities, associating the field education principles and professional education. This last one has been added through the field work, being pointed as demand to the community young people. Assuming hypothesis that the district school, in the way that it has been working, does not rescue citizenship and does not interact with the community specificities. And that the community has a cultural social historic profile that permits formulates a project based in the field education principles to the local school. The population is recognized oficcially as remaining of the quilombo since 2005 by Palmares Cultural Foundation, using legal instruments that guarantee the rights of specific groups, such as: article 68 (ADTC) from Federal Constitution 1988, the Convention 169 OIT and Decree n? 4.887, 2003, having as principal features the combination of fishing, with traditional cai?ara techniques, the small agriculture, the involvement in the fight for regularization of lands where they live and the preservation of history and culture of the group by the young people. The interviews, participants observations, documental and theoric research with the families of E.M. Levy Miranda students and the president of residents association, actors involved in the educational context of the District and therefore the school unity and professionals linked to education, have shown, considering families, the preoccupation with their children s future in relation to conditions and oportunities of work in the island, so that they do not need to leave it, as they do today, that justifies, based in the experience of professional education with Fishing School, the wishes of the families for a return of a professional teaching connected to the fishing sector, suitable to Marambaia reality. By the school and the educational system, we verify that the offer of schooling with children education and fundamental teaching based in homogeneous curricular guideline for all the unities, which connections with the local reality depend on local managers. And, therefore, summed to other factors contribute to the lacking of stimulus to studies and to the departure of young people from the school as well as the Island, in search for other opportunities, representing some formal education limits in Marambaia Island. From this point the possibilities of a partnership between the the E-tec Brasil and Technological Vocational Center, have been identified, according to the law, in a project that associates the professional teaching and the field education principles, with pedagogy interchange, that meets the demands for an education that re-signifies the Brazilian rural space. |

M. Levy Miranda, no que tange aos aspectos pedag?gicos, aos anseios da comunidade, ao perfil da escola, ?s quest?es curriculares e ?s possibilidades de projeto educacional, associando os princ?pios da educa??o do campo e educa??o profissional. Este ?ltimo foi acrescentado ao longo do trabalho de campo, sendo apontado como demanda para os jovens da comunidade. Partindo das hip?teses de que a escola municipal, da forma como vem trabalhando n?o resgata a cidadania e n?o interage com as especificidades da comunidade, a comunidade possui um perfil s?cio- hist?rico-cultural, que lhe permite formular um projeto com base nos princ?pios da educa??o do campo para a escola local. A popula??o ? reconhecida oficialmente como remanescente de quilombo desde 2005, pela Funda??o Cultural Palmares, utilizando-se de instrumentos legais que garantem os direitos de grupos espec?ficos, a saber: o artigo 68 (ADCT) da Constitui??o Federal de 1988, a Conven??o 169 OIT e o Decreto n? 4. 887 de 2003, tendo como caracter?sticas principais a combina??o da pesca, com t?cnicas tradicionais cai?ara, a pequena agricultura, o envolvimento na luta pela regulariza??o das terras onde vivem e a preserva??o da hist?ria e cultura do grupo, pelos jovens. As entrevistas, observa??es participantes, pesquisas te?rica e documental com as fam?lias de alunos da E. M. Levy Miranda e o presidente da associa??o de moradores, atores envolvidos no contexto educacional do Munic?pio, e conseq?entemente, da unidade escolar e dos profissionais ligados ? educa??o, mostraram, por parte das fam?lias, a preocupa??o com o futuro de seus filhos com rela??o ?s condi??es e oportunidades de trabalho na pr?pria Ilha, para que n?o tenham que continuar saindo, como fazem hoje, a que justifica, com base na experi?ncia de educa??o profissional ocorrida na Escola Pesca, o anseio das fam?lias pelo retorno de um ensino profissional ligado ao setor da pesca, adequado ? realidade da Marambaia. Por parte da escola e do sistema educacional, do qual faz parte, verificou-se a oferta da escolariza??o para educa??o infantil e ensino fundamental baseada em diretrizes curriculares homog?neas para todas as unidades, cujas conex?es com a realidade local depende dos gestores locais. Isso, somado a outros fatores, contribui para a falta de est?mulo aos estudos e para a sa?da dos jovens tanto da escola quanto da Ilha, em busca de outras oportunidades, representando alguns dos limites da educa??o formal na Ilha da Marambaia. A partir disso, forma identificadas possibilidades de um projeto que associe o ensino profissional, de acordo com a legisla??o vigente, com o E-tec Brasil e o Centro Vocacional Tecnol?gico, e os princ?pios da educa??o do campo, com a pedagogia da altern?ncia, que atende as demandas por uma educa??o que re-signifique o espa?o rural brasileiro.Made available in DSpace on 2016-04-26T16:55:35Z (GMT).
