Resumo: | This work had all its theoretical-practice basis on which model of teaching system would be the best one, concerning the preparation of students from Cefet-Janu?ria to act with competence at work, to provide changes on the way the agriculture and cattle-breeding of the region known as a subsistence one flows. The research was held on a very participative way. Closed questionnaires and specific interviews were used involving students, former students, teachers and former teachers who took part on different teaching systems Cefet- Janu?ria has been through, including the present one. A vast literature about the theme Work and Education was read, due to the fact that our research is focused on the theme: Work and Education on the Technical Course of Agriculture and Cattle-Breeding at Cefet-Janu?ria: Breaking Teaching Models . The focus of our research was which model of teaching would be best for the formation of the technician on agriculture and cattle-breeding: if the old one, on which the student had the practice working as a cheap productive labour, or the present one, where the practice is almost inexistence. We hope that this work can contribute for necessary changes of paradigm, so as to form competent professionals who can serve the rural demand of our region. |

O trabalho aconteceu de forma bem participativa, onde usamos question?rios fechados e entrevistas espec?ficas, envolvendo alunos, ex-alunos, professores e ex-professores que permearam os v?rios Sis temas de Ensino pelos quais o Cefet-Janu?ria j? passou e pelo adotado atualmente. Foi lida uma vasta literatura sobre o tema Trabalho e Educa??o , j? que a proposta do nosso trabalho est? focada no tema Trabalho e Educa??o no Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria do Cefet-Janu?ria-MG: Rompendo Modelos de Ensino . O foco da nossa pesquisa foi sobre qual modelo de ensino seria o melhor para a forma??o do profissional T?cnico em Agropecu?ria, se o modelo em que o aluno tinha suas aulas pr?ticas usadas tamb?m como m?o-de-obra barata, voltada para a produ??o (portanto usadas excessivamente) ou o modelo atual, em que as aulas pr?ticas seriam apenas usadas para o ensino-aprendizagem mas que, na maioria das vezes, n?o acontece. Esperamos que esse trabalho venha contribuir para a mudan?a de paradigma necess?ria para que estejamos realmente formando profissionais competentes e que atendam ? necessidade rural da nossa regi?o.Made available in DSpace on 2016-04-26T16:55:29Z (GMT).
