Resumo: | This research, that was accomplished at IF Baiano Campus Guanambi/BA was constituted of two parts: intervention and diagnosis. In the intervention was developed the project Know about the Waters , under the methodology of Participatory Action Research, with purpose of promoting a reflection and the information about the Institute's water supply. They took part in this stage 38 first series students of Agroindustry's Course integrated to the average teaching and 5 teachers (Chemistry/ Water Quality, Agriculture, Biology, Physical Education, Agroindustry and Geography). In a interdisciplinary perspective were accomplished activities of environmental education involving: Walk in the river bed that supplies the dam that supplies water treated for Institute, visit to the water treatment station of the municipal district, water characterization of institute with regard to the content of total dissolved solid (TDS) and, concluding the project, a gymkhana, where there was the participation of the three first series groups of Agroindustry's Courses and Agriculture. In the diagnosis were applied questionnaires to 15 students of each one of the three series (first, second and third) of the combined agriculture course integrated to the average teaching and more 15 first series students of Agroindustry's Course and to 28 teachers. The prelecters form objectified verify the approach of the environmental thematic in their disciplines, as well as of the theme water under sustainability perspective, the importance of such knowledges for student's formation and sustainability concept perception by the prelecters. The data analysis allowed to presuppose, among another items, that the theme water is boarded in the institution in narrow relation with the specific knowledges of each discipline with little valorization of the social, economic and cultural aspects that should be associates to the theme. Regarding educators, they were investigated, the water sustainable use conception, their visions concerning about of school consumption water and the theme treatment in the disciplines that compose the courses and, finally, some of their consumption habits. In the students' vision, the main problems related to IF Baiano Campus Guanambi/BA 's water are: The taste salty, the shortage, and the waste and these aspects are not practically argued by the disciplines of your courses. This contributed so that the student considered little significant the knowledges participation acquired in the Institute in the development of a conscience for the most efficient use in the water, conscience not always verified when they analyzed the students consumption habits. |

Na interven??o foi desenvolvido o projeto Saber das ?guas , sob a metodologia da Pesquisa-a??o-participativa, com o intuito de promover uma reflex?o e a busca de informa??es sobre a ?gua de abastecimento do Instituto. Participaram desta etapa 38 alunos da primeira s?rie do curso de Agroind?stria integrado ao ensino m?dio e 5 professores (Qu?mica/Qualidade de ?gua, Agricultura, Biologia, Educa??o F?sica, Agroind?stria e Geografia). Numa perspectiva interdisciplinar foram realizadas atividades de educa??o ambiental envolvendo: caminhada no leito do rio que abastece a barragem que fornece ?gua tratada para o Instituto, visita ? esta??o de tratamento de ?gua do munic?pio, caracteriza??o da ?gua do Instituto com rela??o ao teor de s?lidos totais dissolvidos (STD) e, encerrando o projeto, uma gincana, da qual participaram as tr?s turmas da primeira s?rie dos cursos de Agroind?stria e Agropecu?ria. No diagn?stico foram aplicados question?rios a 15 alunos de cada uma das tr?s s?ries (primeira, segunda e terceira) do curso de Agropecu?ria integrado ao ensino m?dio e mais 15 alunos da primeira s?rie do curso de Agroind?stria e a 28 professores. O formul?rio dos docentes objetivou verificar a abordagem da tem?tica ambiental em suas disciplinas, bem como do tema ?gua sob a perspectiva da sustentabilidade, a import?ncia de tais conhecimentos para a forma??o do aluno e a percep??o do conceito de sustentabilidade por parte dos docentes. A an?lise dos dados permitiu pressupor, dentre outros itens, que o tema ?gua ? abordado na institui??o em estreita rela??o com os conhecimentos espec?ficos de cada disciplina, com pouca valoriza??o dos aspectos sociais, econ?micos e culturais que deveriam estar associados ao tema. Quanto aos educandos, foram investigados a concep??o de uso sustent?vel da ?gua, suas vis?es a respeito da ?gua de consumo da escola e o tratamento do tema nas disciplinas que comp?em os cursos e, por fim, alguns de seus h?bitos de consumo. Na vis?o dos alunos, os principais problemas relacionados ? ?gua do IF Baiano Campus Guanambi/BA foram: o gosto salobro, a escassez e o desperd?cio, sendo que estes aspectos praticamente n?o s?o discutidos pelas disciplinas de seus cursos.
