Resumo: This thesis presents the results of the study on the possibility of inclusion of students with special educational needs in vocational education of the of Catu-BA Federal Agrotechnique School. For collecting figures were raised in three schools Agrotechnique of Bahia: Santa Inez, Senhor do Bonfim and Catu, concentrating itself with further deepening the analysis performed in the latter institution of education. The study developed an exploratory research. Initially, the devices come to permeate the legal Special Education for understanding the evolution on the rights of persons with special needs, the concepts that appear in these texts to know why the stereotypes created and the guidelines now in place; the concepts of special education, inclusive education, inclusion and integration with the aim of clarifying the definition in relation to the object of study. It presents aspects of the schools surveyed extracted, such as teacher training, architectural accessibility, atitudinal and communication, but also analysis of documents and various texts that subsidised the search. Beyond these points, there was the level of reach of public policy for the care of persons with special needs and Programme of Education and Technology for Training of Persons with Special Educational Needs (TECNEP) in institutions of education. Reporting the comments of successful work performed in Bahia and the experience of a egresso the School of Agrotechnique Federal Catu-BA. Finally, it presents the information and data collected with their analyses from the interviews and questionnaires conducted with the framework of teachers, students and direction of these schools and direct contact with specialized professionals in the area of Special Education, which allowed the end of search, structuring of suggestions to leverage actions to include and stay of persons with special educational needs courses in the School of Technical Level Agrotechnique Federal de Catu-BA, with a view to the world of work.

Para tanto, foram levantados dados em tr?s Escolas Agrot?cnicas da Bahia: Santa In?s, Senhor do Bonfim e Catu, revelando com maior aprofundamento, a an?lise executada nessa ?ltima Institui??o de Ensino. O estudo desenvolveu uma pesquisa explorat?ria. Inicialmente, percorreu os dispositivos legais que permeiam a Educa??o Especial para a compreens?o da evolu??o em rela??o aos direitos das pessoas com necessidades especiais; as nomenclaturas que aparecem nesses textos, a fim de se conhecer o porqu? dos estere?tipos criados e as orienta??es que passaram a existir; os conceitos de educa??o especial, educa??o inclusiva, inclus?o e integra??o com o fito de esclarecer a defini??o em rela??o ao objeto de estudo. Apresenta aspectos extra?dos das Escolas pesquisadas, tais como: forma??o docente, acessibilidade arquitet?nica, atitudinal e de comunica??o, como tamb?m an?lise de documentos e textos diversos que subsidiaram a pesquisa. Al?m desses aspectos, verificou-se o n?vel de alcance das pol?ticas p?blicas para o atendimento a pessoas com necessidades especiais e do Programa de Educa??o e Tecnologia para a Profissionaliza??o de Pessoas com Necessidades Educacionais Especiais (TEC NEP) nessas Institui??es de Ensino. Relata as observa??es de trabalhos exitosos realizados na Bahia e a experi?ncia de um egresso da Escola Agrot?cnica Federal de Catu-BA.
