Resumo: Few years ago, the actions for the survival of the planet are being discussed around the world and from the drafting of the Charter of Belgrade in 1975, is given prominence to the importance of environmental education as essential to combat the environmental crisis in the world. Some authors have debated on the various aspects that environmental education can take, with emphasis given to environmental education with critical and emancipatory character of the individual. This dissertation attempts to make an assessment of the perceived environment to the students of the Technical Course in Integrated Agricultural High School in Instituto Federal de Educa??o, Ci?ncia e Tecnologia de Rond?nia, Colorado do Oeste Campus. The research carried out focus group conducted an analysis of student responses, the categories which discussed the themes: Environment; Environmental Problems; Environmental Conservation and Environmental Education. Apart from discussions guided by questions that addressed these four categories, the students performed the construction of a concept map from his views on the importance of environmental education. As a result of discussions with focus groups and the construction of the concept map, it was observed that the students had the concept of Environment basically like space, like pristine nature, also man have been highlighted as a major factor interference in natural cycles. The results of this analysis of environmental perception can generate grants for curricular and pedagogical changes related to the development of Environmental Education Campus. May also generate information to enable the realization of integration works with the school community and outreach on important issues of environmental preservation.

Esta Disserta??o buscou realizar um diagn?stico da percep??o de ambiente e de educa??o ambiental dos alunos do Curso T?cnico em Agropecu?ria Integrado ao Ensino M?dio no Instituto Federal de Educa??o Ci?ncia e Tecnologia de Rond?nia, Campus Colorado do Oeste. A pesquisa desenvolvida por meio da metodologia de grupo focal permitiu realizar a an?lise das respostas dos alunos a partir das categorias Meio Ambiente; Problemas Ambientais; Conserva??o Ambiental e Educa??o Ambiental. Al?m dos debates pautados em quest?es que abordaram essas quatro categorias, os alunos realizaram a constru??o de um mapa de conceitos a partir de suas concep??es sobre a import?ncia da Educa??o Ambiental. Como resultado dos debates com grupo focal e da constru??o do mapa de conceitos, foi poss?vel observar que os estudantes apresentam o conceito de Meio Ambiente basicamente como espa?o, como natureza intocada, al?m do homem ter sido destacado como maior fator de interfer?ncia nos ciclos naturais. Os resultados dessa an?lise de percep??o ambiental podem gerar subs?dios para mudan?as curriculares e pedag?gicas relacionadas ao desenvolvimento da Educa??o Ambiental no Campus.
