For so many years the agricultural technician's graduate was based upon a conventional model that came from the green revolution a tough its insustainability. This presentation has discussed this kilt of graduated of the CANP students, the difficulties that face with the challenge of overcome the current model, into a model based on agroecology ideas. On this way, it s important to look for ideal conditions to a graduate professional that will be enfaced with sustainable agricultural systems. There was a context course an analysis and it is curricular source and was indicated and agroecological approach as the best way to help smallholders demands. As the technician operate like a changing instruments, their knowledge must be used to improve on aunty to the lives of smallholders, as social, economical, and in environmental. The methodology used to find this way was applied questions to students at first and last classes and interviews with teachers, coordinators and managers. Upside this way this presentations tries to show how the actual model is and gives a chance to a new one, thinking about requirement of changing to a better world to these students and agroecology, age as it with they seed.
