Resumo: The experiments were performed in laboratory and greenhouse targeting following objectives: (i) evaluate the physiological quality and (ii) health black oats and ryegrass seeds produced in the 2014/2015 crop and millet seeds and sudan grass produced in the harvest of 2015/2016, from different production units located in Rio Grande do Sul.(iii) evaluate the reaction of species of grasses used in the Tillage System (SPD) with potential for use in cultivation with crop rotation aiming at the phytonematodes control genus Meloidogyne and Pratylenchus. The seeds were acquired eighteen producers of seeds located in the municipalities of Panambi, Ijuí, Pejuçara, Santa bárbara, Giruá, Cruz Alta, Júlio de Castilho, Santa Maria, Santo Ângelo, Passo Fundo, Marau e Vacaria. For the evaluation of the physiological quality (germination and vigor) and health (blotter test) the treatments consisted of 36 lots of black oat seeds, ten lots of ryegrass seeds, six lots of millet seed and six lots of seeds sudan grass. The evaluation of the resistance reaction or susceptibility of different species of foragers to phytonematodes was determined by inoculation of M. javanica, M.incognita, M. ethiopica M. and P. brachyurus in five cultivars of oat, two cultivars of ryegrass and cultivate millet and sudan grass. The results allowed to conclude that a) 58.34% of lots of black oats, 60% of lots of ryegrass, 66.67% of lots of pearl millet assessed were within the physiological quality established standards for commercialization, while that all lots of sudangrass culture presented germination below the minimum required. b) seeds had lower percentage of germination and vigor under ideal conditions showed time delay and emergency uniformity when subjected to adverse conditions. c) ryegrass seeds, millet and sudan grass not presented conveyed nematode, as in oat seeds was detected low incidence of nematode Aphelenchoides sp .d) various fungi were found in oat seeds, ryegrass, millet and sudan grass, made available by the marketing production units of Rio Grande do Sul. e) higher incidence of Phoma and Alternaria sp were observed in oat and ryegrass seeds. Whereas Fusarium sp. and Phoma sp were detected in millet seeds and sudan grass, respectively. f) to M. incognita, M. javanica and M. ethiopica cultivars of oat, ryegrass, millet and sudangrass were tough. g) The cultivars of ryegrass, millet and sudan grass were susceptible to P. brachyurus.

(iii) avaliar a reação de espécies de gramíneas forrageiras utilizadas no Sistema Plantio Sireto (SPD) com potencial para uso em rotação de cultura visando o controle de fitonematoides do gênero Meloidogyne e Pratylenchus. As sementes foram adquiridas de dezoito produtoras de sementes localizadas nos municípios de Panambi, Ijuí, Pejuçara, Santa bárbara, Giruá, Cruz Alta, Júlio de Castilho, Santa Maria, Santo Ângelo, Passo Fundo, Marau e Vacaria. Para a avaliação da qualidade fisiológica (germinação e vigor) e sanitária (Blotter test) os tratamentos foram constituídos por 36 lotes de sementes de aveia-preta, dez lotes de sementes de azevém, seis lotes de semente de milheto e seis lotes de sementes de capim–sudão. A avaliação da reação de resistência ou suscetibilidade das diferentes espécies de forrageiras aos fitonematoides foi determinada através da inoculação de M. javanica, M.incognita, M. ethiopica e P. brachyurus em cinco cultivares de aveia-preta, duas cultivares de azevém e uma cultivar de milheto e capim-sudão. Os resultados obtidos permitiram concluir que: a) 58,34% dos lotes de aveia-preta, 60% dos lotes de azevém, 66,67% dos lotes de milheto analisadas estavam dentro dos padrões de qualidade fisiológica estabelecidos para comercialização, enquanto, que todos os lotes da cultura do capim-sudão apresentaram germinação abaixo do mínimo exigido. b) sementes que apresentaram menor percentual de germinação e vigor em condições ideais apresentaram retardamento e desuniformidade de emergência quando submetidas a condições adversas. c) sementes de azevém, milheto e capim-sudão não apresentaram fitonematóides veiculados, já em sementes de aveia foi detectada baixa incidência do nematoide Aphelenchoides sp.. d) diversos fungos foram encontrados em sementes de aveia-preta, azevém, milheto e capim-sudão, disponibilizadas a comercialização por unidades de produção do Rio Grande do Sul. e) maior incidência de Phoma sp e Alternaria sp foram observadas em sementes de aveia-preta e azevém. Enquanto que Fusarium sp. e Phoma sp foram detectados em sementes de milheto e capim-sudão, respectivamente. g) para M. incognita, M. javanica e M. ethiopica as cultivares de aveia-preta, azevém, milheto e capim-sudão foram resistente. h) As cultivares de azevém, milheto e capim-sudão foram suscetíveis à P. brachyurus.Coordenação de Aperfeiçoamento de Pessoal de Nível Superior - CAPESporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaUFSM Frederico WestphalenPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Agronomia - Agricultura e AmbienteUFSMBrasilAgronomiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessPotencial fisiológicoSanidadeNematoidesPhysiological potentialSanityNematodeCNPQ::CIENCIAS AGRARIAS::AGRONOMIAQualidade fisiológica, sanitária e reação de resistência a fitonematoides em sementes forrageiraPhysiologic quality, sanitary and resistance of reaction the phytonematodes in forage seedsinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisKulczynski, Stela Marishttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0604511258822899Gazzola Neto, Alexandrehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2613449325545469Coelho, Elson Martinshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3276605285867335http://lattes.cnpq.br/2760997403309597Gabriel, Márcia5001000000096006004ab3724d-5b5c-46a3-a79a-dace0b8313a4e28da3c7-ec2f-4b7e-9ab5-479ddbaf248b18bd552d-211c-4a83-bf38-ef5448bc0fd798178ef5-fdb9-4f67-8d04-2d8f992e13f3reponame:Manancial - Repositório Digital da UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALGabriel, Marcia.pdfGabriel, Marcia.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf1508185http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/11281/1/Gabriel%2c%20Marcia.pdf51add8c078e870838a02e5ea176fb338MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
