It considers the importance of the culture, to the nations development, and the constant communication technology advanced, this research approaches in the Cultural Integration subject and the media uses. The research general objective is to analize as the valorization programs of the cultural memory have been spread and used in Brazil, in Argentina and in Chile, the Latin Americans countries belonging to the MERCOSUL. Therefore, it searches, in the internet sites and in the bibliografy regarding the subject, to interpret as this countries are expressing their loyalty, and, also, valorizing their cultural hededitage. This way, it intend to check if what is link about the cultutal hereditage get a integration conditions or just advertise. It appears the question abouit the information spread in a way where inexist acess barries. Who offers this divulgation it is opened to comunication, to spread of its culture, stating its identity and memory or, just, showing different, special. To achieve this objectives, it intends, in the pass of four chapter, to clarify fundamentals concepts to understand the present analyse. Besides, it will be do a short historical contextualization about the countries up quoted, observing their relation with their culturals hereditages and it will be do a short remark about some internet sites, that it approaches the valorization, preservation and spread of the culturals possessions. It still emphasizes, that the correct use of the computers network can be a possible way to come true the objectives, through the divulgation of their hereditages culturals, making easy the culture knowledge of the “other” and the constructions of new culture forms, that it represets the variety and promote a balance and dinamic socio-economy incresed.
