Resumo: The Microinverter is an inverter sized to meet individual solar panels, usually consisting of two stages, one DC-DC stage and another CC-AC stage. For the first stage of the DC link microinverter, the isolated current-fed half-bridge converter was chosen because of its characteristics. Such as, lower number of components, simplicity of operation and higher voltage gain. The isolated current-fed half-bridge inverter was analyzed for the operating principle, static gain, voltage and current stresses, estimated losses and efficiency. To improve the performance of the isolated current-fed half-bridge converter, high voltage gain circuit techniques were evaluated and associated in the converter. In this way, four high step-up topologies are proposed and evaluated. In relation to CC-CA stage, the adopted converter is the buck with unfolding. The principle of operation, modeling and control, power losses estimation and design methodology of this converter are analyzed. In addition, a small modification in the circuit caused this topology to present an LCL filter, which is an attractive for systems connected in the grid tie. Finally, to validate the theoretical analyzes, five prototypes of 200 W are evaluated experimentally in the laboratory. The Microinverter based on isolated current-fed half-bridge with Cockcroft-Walton cell voltage multiplier presented better features among all DC-DC converters. On the other hand, the results of the CC-CA stage validated achieved the main objective of supplying power to the grid according to standard. Finally, the microinverter based on isolated current-fed half-bridge with Cockcroft-Walton cell and buck with unfolding is the one that achieved better performance.

Para o primeiro estágio do microinversor com link CC, o conversor meia-ponte isolado alimentado em corrente foi escolhido devido às suas características. Tais como, menor número de componentes, simplicidade de operação e maior ganho de tensão. O conversor meia-ponte isolado alimentado em corrente foi analisado em relação ao princípio de funcionamento, o ganho estático, esforços de tensão e corrente, estimativa de perdas e rendimento estimado. Para melhorar o desempenho do conversor meia-ponte isolado alimentado em corrente, técnicas de circuitos elevadores de tensão foram avaliadas e associadas no conversor. Dessa forma, quatro topologias elevadoras de tensão foram propostas e avaliadas. Em relação ao estágio CC-CA do Microinversor, o conversor adotado é o buck com unfolding, e foram analisados o princípio de funcionamento, a modelagem, o controle, a estimativa de perdas e a metodologia de projeto desses conversores. Além disso, uma pequena modificação no circuito fez com que essa topologia apresentasse um filtro LCL, o que é um atrativo para sistemas conectados na rede elétrica. Por fim, para validar as análises teóricas, cinco protótipos de 200 W foram avaliados experimentalmente no laboratório. O conversor meia-ponte isolado alimentado em corrente com célula de Cockcroft-Walton multiplicador de tensão apresentou melhores características dentre todos os conversores CC-CC elevadores de tensão. O objetivo principal do estágio CC-CA é fornecer energia à rede elétrica de acordo com as normas, e os resultados experimentais comprovaram esse objetivo. Por fim, o microinversor baseado nas topologias meia-ponte isolado alimentado em corrente com célula de Cockcroft-Walton multiplicador de tensão e buck com unfolding foi o que alcançou melhor desempenho.Conselho Nacional de Pesquisa e Desenvolvimento Científico e Tecnológico - CNPqporUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de TecnologiaPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Engenharia ElétricaUFSMBrasilEngenharia ElétricaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessEngenharia elétricaEletrônica de potênciaEnergias renováveisConversores CC-CCConversor CC-CAMicroinversorElectrical engineeringPower electronicsRenewable energyDC-DC convertersDC-AC converterMicroinverterCNPQ::ENGENHARIAS::ENGENHARIA ELETRICAMicroinversores baseados na topologia meia-ponte isolada alimentada em correnteMicroinverters based on isolated current-fed half-bridgeinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisMartins, Mário Lúcio da Silvahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/2730012969211616Russi, Jumar Luíshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/8066639517474565Zientarski, Jonatan Rafael Rakoskihttp://lattes.cnpq.br/9379348657934164Seidel, Álysson Ranierehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5764635299335289Roggia, Leandrohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0659100987065792http://lattes.cnpq.br/8796791305341405Andrade, António Manuel Santos Spencer3004000000076004450a16e-aa18-4d50-a97e-49469130b8d66cfc398d-eae6-44b1-891b-245b65ac80244216d215-b426-48bb-8763-a2bdd4fcdeece3e77409-6825-4fa3-975b-250e88a4bb3080670568-2058-4433-9716-d7acf252745602a74eca-fc41-4b81-95f4-d63b3c140441reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALTES_PPGEE_2018_ANDRADE_ANTONIO.pdfTES_PPGEE_2018_ANDRADE_ANTONIO.pdfTese de Doutoradoapplication/pdf9569818http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/15887/1/TES_PPGEE_2018_ANDRADE_ANTONIO.pdff8805f93f19bf484ec0ac623c27be04bMD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
