Objetiva-se analisar e refletir em que medida as condições de trabalho docente impactam nos níveis de felicidade a partir de categorias como modelo salarial, papel político e social do trabalhador docente, condições de trabalho desiguais, emoções, a concepção de felicidade de cada docente em seu modo de viver. Essa dissertação justifica-se pela necessidade de promover um estudo mais aprofundado sobre o tema felicidade no âmbito do trabalho docente, pois considera-se que a temática se caracteriza como relevante e atual, podendo reunir informações que contribuam com a compreensão das representações da felicidade e práticas contemporâneas e com futuras pesquisas sobre o tema. Trata-se de uma pesquisa de abordagem quali– quantitativa e utilizará ferramentas metodológicas como análise bibliográfica, pesquisa documental e questionário. Conclui-se que os pesquisados internalizam suas emoções e perspectivas no ambiente de trabalho, como um modo de realização pessoal e missão de vida. De um modo geral, são profissionais que precisam ser incentivados e mobilizados com frequência, e necessitam antes de tudo, se sentir parte do processo, como um ser promissor em seu potencial, e assim se sentirem felizes e protagonista de sua trajetória de via e profissional.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Ciências SociaisUFSMBrasilSociologiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessFelicidadeTrabalho docenteBem estarHappinessTeaching workWelfareCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::SOCIOLOGIAUm estudo sobre felicidade e trabalho docente no município de Agudo/RSA study on happiness and teaching work in the municipality of Agudo / RSinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisCremonese, Dejalmahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/1612981086021270Mourad, Leonice Aparecida de Fatima Alves PereiraCenci, Daniel Rubenshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0765028622535786Soccal, Daiane Maira700200000009600600600600600e624c95c-33e1-4899-b096-6e73037c09d5e7e659a2-8329-447f-986e-a40ba9a7ffa9e646ed0a-aca4-41bf-acee-bd230c1f23d8d2d7e875-d9c0-4fbf-9c6f-5a029ee70073reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGCS_2021_SOCCAL_DAIANE.pdfDIS_PPGCS_2021_SOCCAL_DAIANE.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf1266367http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/22745/1/DIS_PPGCS_2021_SOCCAL_DAIANE.pdf05b7a3c3f6b1d7cf7429db27f8c50825MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
