Resumo: | This thesis’ goal is to study organization and mobilization processes of a feminist collective called Ovelhas Negras (Black Sheep), which was created by high school female students, whose course is integrated with technical courses at a Brazilian Federal Education Institution (IFE, is the acronym in Portuguese), located in the state of Rio Grande do Sul, Brazil. Research is part of the umbrella project Vidas precárias no cibermundo — Estudos sobre violências, poder e interseccionalidade nos sistemas hierárquicos (Precarious Lives in Cyberworld — Studies on Violence, Power and Intersectionality in Hierarchical Systems). The overall goal is to understand the interconnections between the meanings of feminism for the Black Sheep Movement, and how the collective works to promote changes in everyday school life, by identifying: (a) representations that the collective has developed about feminisms and about its own feminist activity in the process of constructing its practices; (b) relational dynamics developed by the collective with many social actors, as an active minority in their territory. Specific goals are: to identify the participating collective transformation and influence potentials, from its dynamics and set of actions, aiming at how it keeps moving; to get to know the knowledge produced by the collective, by regarding the foundations of its activist project and the ethical dimension of its proposal; to identify what relations are established between the collective and third parties, both antagonists and allies, by regarding limits and possibilities of its political action in territory. The development of this research was based on Social Representation Theory, and also on the Theory of Active Minorities, Feminist Studies and Gender Studies. Along with theoretical perspectives and the goals proposed, my goal is to outline research qualitatively, from the participation research, by emphasizing the use of techniques that engage participants on the research—in this case, the students that take part in the collective. At the same time, I have worked to give special attention to observing real contexts where interactions and collective practices occur. In order to produce empirical information, a field diary was written that reports my participation in collective meetings and activities, along with other moments that are relevant for research. Also, a round of conversation was carried out, to systematize experiences with participants. The analysis of material was made by building a spiral on the collective’s historical and cultural contextualization. Analysis of material allowed for the discussion of how the collective was originated, its forms of organization, how new members and supporters join the group, the knowledge that is produced in it—especially in relation to how feminism is understood and what it means to be feminist, and how the collective deals with relations of otherness. From those points, the potential of mobilizing youngsters in school space are regarded, specially in autonomous ways, working not only as education spaces for more critical and active social actors, but also to cause changes in school space itself. |

A pesquisa faz parte do projeto guarda-chuva Vidas precárias no cibermundo – Estudos sobre violências, poder e interseccionalidade nos sistemas hierárquicos. O objetivo geral desta investigação foi compreender as interconexões entre os sentidos do feminismo para o Movimento Ovelhas Negras e as formas como este coletivo busca promover mudanças no cotidiano escolar, identificando: (a) as representações que o coletivo tem desenvolvido sobre feminismos e sobre sua própria atuação feminista no processo de construção de suas práticas; (b) as dinâmicas relacionais que o coletivo desenvolve com os diversos atores sociais enquanto uma minoria ativa em seu território. Os objetivos específicos foram: identificar o potencial de transformação e influência do coletivo participante, a partir de suas dinâmicas e seu conjunto de ações, vislumbrando como ele se mantém em movimento; conhecer os saberes produzidos pelo coletivo feminista participante, observando as bases de seu projeto ativista e a dimensão ética de sua proposta; identificar que relações o coletivo estabelece com seus interlocutores, tanto com seus antagonistas quanto com seus aliados, observando os limites e possibilidades de sua ação política em seu território. Para desenvolver esta pesquisa, tivemos como base a Teoria das Representações Sociais, a Teoria das Minorias Ativas, os estudos feministas e estudos de gênero. Em consonância com nossas perspectivas teóricas e com os objetivos propostos, preconizamos um delineamento qualitativo de pesquisa, a partir da pesquisa participante, enfatizando o uso de técnicas que buscam engajar as participantes - neste caso, as estudantes integrantes do coletivo – na pesquisa. Ao mesmo tempo, buscamos dar especial atenção à observação do contexto real onde as interações e as práticas coletivas ocorrem. Para produzir as informações empíricas, foi construído um diário de campo contando com relatos das participações da autora da dissertação em atividades e reuniões do coletivo, bem como com relatos de outros momentos de interesse para a pesquisa. Foi realizada também uma roda de conversa de sistematização de experiências com as participantes. Iniciamos a análise do material produzido construindo uma espiral de contextualização histórica e cultural do coletivo participante. A análise do material possibilitou a discussão sobre as origens do coletivo, suas formas de organização e arrecadação de novas integrantes e apoiadoras/es, os saberes produzidos no seio do coletivo, principalmente relativamente ao entendimento do que é feminismo e o que é ser feminista, e as formas como o coletivo lida com as relações de alteridade. A partir daí, vislumbramos as potencialidades da mobilização de jovens no espaço escolar, principalmente de forma autônoma, servindo não apenas como espaço de formação de sujeitos sociais mais críticos e ativos, como também para causar transformações no próprio espaço escolar.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Ciências Sociais e HumanasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em PsicologiaUFSMBrasilPsicologiaAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessRepresentações sociaisMinoriasGêneroColetivos feministasEnsino médio integradoSocial representationsMinoritiesGenderFeminist collectivesIntegrated high schoolCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::PSICOLOGIAMovimentos feministas, minorias ativas: percurso de um coletivo de estudantes brasileiras do ensino médio integradoFeminist movements, active minorities: the pathway of an integrated high school brazilian female students collectiveinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisRoso, Adrianehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/5781004524826262Gonçalves, Camila dos Santoshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0920041687692930Hernandez, Aline Reis Calvohttp://lattes.cnpq.br/3778059845391762Borges, Zulmira Newlandshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0052584406459899http://lattes.cnpq.br/9492092883391009Castro, Vanessa Soares de700700000001600af1d6cdb-4330-4705-bd00-18eedf4c9807c9b5ea45-1608-4d8f-bd98-b2b975f541de72a2e704-10de-4f48-ad40-76d1cbd743449ab0982d-3a78-478b-99e5-d7d4bdecc24f5e52be26-3d41-4d6a-b78f-7e6812f1da5freponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGPSICOLOGIA_2019_CASTRO_VANESSA.pdfDIS_PPGPSICOLOGIA_2019_CASTRO_VANESSA.pdfDissertação de Mestradoapplication/pdf2387076http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/17097/1/DIS_PPGPSICOLOGIA_2019_CASTRO_VANESSA.pdff885e18562e16130b51ea4fe04fd8dbdMD51LICENSElicense.txtlicense.txttext/plain;
