Resumo: | This study is linked to the research link Management of Educational Network Technologies, the Graduate Program in Network Educational Technologies and the Interdisciplinary Research Group in Education at the Federal University of Santa Maria / RS, and addresses the theme that refers to pedagogical practices mediated by digital technologies in Early Childhood Education and its relevance to the educational area. The ability to interact, adapt and create digital narratives meaningly benefits the child's development process in early childhood, providing them with fun and playful experiences and learning with the use of digital technology. Therefore, this study had the general objective of investigating how the use of mobile devices and digital technology occurs, backing the process of development and learning of children in Early Childhood Education, considering the learning rights proposed in the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC, Child education. To this end, the methodology involved applied research, with a qualitative approach, of an exploratory-explanatory type, and as for the procedures, this study starts from a netnographic research design. The locus of the research is a Public School, located in the inland of Rio Grande do Sul, having as subjects, four teachers, six scholarship holders and a child. For data collection, the online questionnaire was used, composed of open questions. To this end, three categories of analysis were listed, which are: Digital Storytelling Toontastic 3D App, Learning Rights, Technology and Early Childhood Education. The analysis of the results of this investigation was theoretical-explanatory and took place, based on an inductive approach to the analysis of qualitative data. Finally, the conclusions point to four directions: the re-signification of teaching practice to the use of digital technologies in Early Childhood Education, the need for teacher training in the use of ICT, the importance of the face-to-face teaching model for child development processes in Early Childhood Education and the development of strategies that enhance pedagogical practice and ensure the learning rights proposed by BNCC. Resulting from this study, the master's product consists of a Digital Educational Material - MED developed during the research to assist the participants during remote teaching, the strategies for the use of mobile devices and digital technology in Early Childhood Education, contemplating the proposed learning rights at the National Common Curricular Base - BNCC and a pedagogical proposal model. And as a perspective for future work, there is a proposal for training teachers in digital technologies with an online course that will be offered to research participants and other teachers and educators of the studied institution. So, the procedure of insertion of mobile digital technologies and digital applications contributes to the innovative educational process, creating strategies for its use in an efficient and meaningful way, enhancing the learning processes. It is expected that teacher training will provide the inclusion of digital technologies in education, such as mobile devices and digital apps, which ensure children's learning and playing rights in rich and challenging proposals, promoting quality education and digital inclusion and educational experience of all children. |

A capacidade de interagir, adaptar-se e criar narrativas digitais beneficia, de modo significativo, o processo de desenvolvimento da criança na primeira infância, oportunizando a ela vivências e aprendizagens divertidas e lúdicas com o uso de tecnologia digital. Desse modo, este estudo teve por objetivo geral investigar como ocorre a utilização de dispositivos móveis e de tecnologia digital favorecendo o processo de desenvolvimento e aprendizagem de crianças na Educação Infantil, considerando os Direitos de aprendizagem propostos na Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC, para a Educação Infantil. Para tal, a metodologia envolveu pesquisa aplicada, com abordagem qualitativa, do tipo exploratório-explicativa, e quanto aos procedimentos, este estudo parte de um delineamento de pesquisa netnográfica. O lócus da pesquisa é uma Escola Pública, localizada no interior do Rio Grande do Sul, tendo como sujeitos, quatro professores, seis bolsistas e uma criança. Para o levantamento de dados utilizou-se o questionário online, composto por questões abertas. Para tanto, foram elencadas três categorias de análises, que são: Aplicativo Digital Storytelling Toontastic 3D, Direitos de aprendizagem, Tecnologia e Educação Infantil. A análise dos resultados desta investigação foi teórica-explicativa e ocorreu, a partir de uma abordagem indutiva da análise de dados qualitativos. Por fim, as conclusões apontam quatro direções: a ressignificação da prática docente ao uso de tecnologias digitais na Educação Infantil, a necessidade de formação docente ao uso das TIC, a importância do modelo presencial de ensino para os processos de desenvolvimento da criança na Educação Infantil e o desenvolvimento de estratégias que potencializam o fazer pedagógico e asseguram os direitos de aprendizagem propostos pela BNCC. Resultante deste estudo, o produto de mestrado consiste em um Material Educacional Digital - MED desenvolvido durante a pesquisa para auxiliar os participantes durante o ensino remoto, as estratégias para a utilização de dispositivos móveis e de tecnologia digital na Educação Infantil contemplando os direitos de aprendizagem propostos na Base Nacional Comum Curricular – BNCC e um modelo de proposta pedagógica. Como perspectiva de trabalho futuro, vislumbra-se a proposta de formação de professores em tecnologias digitais com um curso online que será ofertado aos participantes da pesquisa e demais professores e educadores da instituição estudada. Assim, a forma de inserção de tecnologias digitais móveis e aplicativo digital contribuem para o processo educacional inovador, criando estratégias para seu uso de modo eficiente e significativo, potencializando os processos de aprendizagem. Espera-se que a formação de professores proporcione a inclusão de tecnologias digitais na educação, como dispositivos móveis e aplicativos digitais, que asseguram os direitos de aprendizagem e o brincar da criança em propostas ricas e desafiadoras, promovendo uma educação de qualidade e inclusão digital e educacional de todas as crianças.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de EducaçãoPrograma de Pós-Graduação em Tecnologias Educacionais em RedeUFSMBrasilEducaçãoAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessTecnologias da informação e comunicaçãoEducação infantilDispositivos móveisNarrativas digitaisAplicativo digital Storytelling Toontastic 3DInformation and communication technologiesChild educationMobile devicesDigital narrativesDigital Storytelling Toontastic 3D appCNPQ::CIENCIAS HUMANAS::EDUCACAOEstratégias para a utilização de dispositivos móveis na educação infantil: utilizando aplicativo Digital StorytellingStrategies for the use of mobile devices in childhood education: using a Digital Storytelling appinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/masterThesisPavão, Ana Cláudia Oliveirahttp://lattes.cnpq.br/7103505448590793Oliveira, Glaucimara PiresSouza, Carmen Rosane Segatto ehttp://lattes.cnpq.br/6223027167294760Machado, Ana Paula Rodrigues7008000000066006006006006006b9ee8d4-062b-4ba9-aca4-14f99af4590de373a391-787b-4158-b136-d1a2299da9e5d89d9ce0-6ff4-4907-9bf5-e2252e2a8ab7f2081e61-460a-4b63-b725-a2b7649143e3reponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALDIS_PPGTER_2021_MACHADO_ANA.pdfDIS_PPGTER_2021_MACHADO_ANA.pdfDissertaçãoapplication/pdf1835103http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/21262/1/DIS_PPGTER_2021_MACHADO_ANA.pdf5157ee8d2f6fd53e0266f4a0093544c8MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
