Resumo: | This research proposes a study about the possible forms of construction of other versions of Latin American dictatorships from the literature of subjects historically considered as otherness in patriarchal contexts. The study analyzes novels by female authorship from two Latin American countries (Brazil and Argentina), investigating the experiences of female characters, with the aim of making their stories emerge in doubly oppressive contexts – for their political ideologies and for their gender. The main objective is to make a comparative literary analysis between two Latin American novels published in dictatorial or post-dictatorial contexts. The main objective is to understand how other versions of the history of dictatorships in these two countries are constructed and what are the experiences of women manifested in these works, based on the emergence of gender perspectives – the analytical category of difference used here – in the literary dimension of two Latin American novels. In the Brazilian context, the study includes the analysis of As meninas, by Lygia Fagundes Telles, published in 1973. In Argentina, includes the novel A veinte años, Luz, by Elsa Osorio, published in 1998. To reach the objectives, the investigation covers, at first, a bibliographic review about feminist theory and criticism, gender, female authorship, literature, history and memory, considering the interdisciplinary nature of the theme. In addition, this study seeks to understand the narratives historical and literary context to achieve greater analytical complexity about the time and the themes. The novels analysis is constructed under a comparative bias and with conceptual tools of feminist theory and criticism. Articulating the literary with historical, cultural and social elements, the analysis of As meninas and A veinte años, Luz explores the manifestation of these elements and the experiences of the female characters in the fictional universe of the works. The final considerations contain a comparison, identifying singularities and establishing similarities between the novels. Among these, are highlighted the complex interrelationships between literature and history, the representation of female characters, the different transformations of the patriarchal oppression system, the political and gender violence duplicity, the female narrative perspectives, the spatial and temporal dimensions and the discussions about individual and collective memory |

El estudio analiza obras de autoría femenina de dos países latinoamericanos (Brasil y Argentina), explorando las experiencias de personajes femeninos, con el objetivo de hacer emerger sus historias en contextos doblemente opresivos – tanto por sus ideologías políticas como por su género. El objetivo principal es realizar un análisis literario comparativo entre dos obras de ficción latinoamericanas publicadas en contextos dictatoriales o post-dictatoriales. Así, se pretende comprender cómo se construyen otras versiones de la historia de las dictaduras en estos dos países y cuáles son las experiencias de las mujeres manifestadas en estas obras, a partir del surgimiento de perspectivas de género – categoría analítica de la diferencia aquí utilizada – en la dimensión literaria de dos novelas latinoamericanas. En el contexto brasileño, el estudio incluye el análisis de As meninas, de Lygia Fagundes Telles, publicada en 1973. En Argentina, se analiza la novela A veinte años, Luz, de Elsa Osorio, publicada en 1998. Para alcanzar los objetivos, la investigación se apoya, primeramente, en una revisión bibliográfica sobre teoría y crítica feminista, género, autoría femenina, literatura, historia y memoria, considerando el carácter interdisciplinario del tema. Además, esta investigación busca comprender el contexto histórico y literario en el que se insertan las narrativas que componen el corpus, con el fin de lograr una mayor complejidad analítica sobre la época y los temas abordados. El análisis de las obras se construye bajo un sesgo comparativo y con herramientas conceptuales provenientes de la teoría y crítica feminista. Articulando lo literario con elementos históricos, culturales y sociales, el análisis de As meninas y A veinte años, Luz explora la manifestación de estos elementos y las vivencias de los personajes femeninos en el universo ficcional de las obras. En las consideraciones finales, se realiza un cotejo comparativo, identificando singularidades y estableciendo puntos de aproximación entre las novelas. Entre estos, se destacan las complejas interrelaciones entre literatura e historia, la representación de personajes femeninos, las distintas configuraciones del sistema de opresión patriarcal, la duplicidad de la violencia política y de género, las perspectivas narrativas femeninas, las dimensiones espaciales y temporales y las discusiones sobre memoria individual y colectiva.Essa pesquisa propõe um estudo sobre as diversas formas possíveis de construção de outras versões de ditaduras latino-americanas a partir da literatura de sujeitos historicamente considerados como alteridade em contextos patriarcais. O estudo analisa obras de autoria feminina de dois países latino-americanos (Brasil e Argentina), investigando as experiências de personagens femininas, com o intuito de fazer emergir suas histórias em contextos duplamente opressivos – tanto por suas ideologias políticas, quanto por seu gênero. O objetivo principal é a realização de uma análise literária comparativa entre duas obras ficcionais latino-americanas publicadas em contextos ditatoriais ou pós-ditatoriais. Busca-se, assim, compreender como se constroem outras versões da história das ditaduras nesses dois países e quais as experiências de mulheres manifestadas nessas obras, a partir da emersão de perspectivas de gênero – a categoria analítica da diferença aqui utilizada – na dimensão literária de dois romances latino-americanos. No âmbito brasileiro, o estudo compreende a análise de As meninas, de Lygia Fagundes Telles, publicado em 1973. Na Argentina, analisa-se o romance A veinte años, Luz, de Elsa Osorio, publicado em 1998. Para que os objetivos sejam alcançados, a investigação conta, primeiramente, com revisão bibliográfica a respeito de teoria e crítica feminista, gênero, autoria feminina, literatura, história e memória, considerando a natureza interdisciplinar do tema. Além disso, essa investigação busca compreender o contexto histórico e literário em que as narrativas componentes do corpus estão inseridas, de forma a alcançar maior complexidade analítica sobre a época e sobre as temáticas abordadas. A análise das obras é construída sob um viés de cunho comparatista e com ferramentas conceituais advindas da teoria e da crítica feminista. Articulando o literário com elementos históricos, culturais e sociais, a análise de As meninas e A veinte años, Luz explora a manifestação desses elementos e as experiências das personagens femininas no universo ficcional das obras. Nas considerações finais, realiza-se um cotejo comparatista, identificando singularidades e estabelecendo pontos de aproximação entre os romances. Entre esses, destacam-se as complexas inter-relações entre literatura e história, a representação das personagens femininas, as distintas configurações do sistema de opressão patriarcal, a duplicidade da violência política e de gênero, as perspectivas narrativas femininas, as dimensões espaciais e temporais e as discussões sobre memória individual e coletiva.porUniversidade Federal de Santa MariaCentro de Artes e LetrasPrograma de Pós-Graduação em LetrasUFSMBrasilLetrasAttribution-NonCommercial-NoDerivatives 4.0 Internationalhttp://creativecommons.org/licenses/by-nc-nd/4.0/info:eu-repo/semantics/openAccessGêneroLiteratura latino-americanaMemóriaLygia Fagundes TellesElsa OsorioGenderLatin american literatureMemoryGéneroLiteratura latinoamericanaCNPQ::LINGUISTICA, LETRAS E ARTES::LETRASExperiências, memórias e subjetividades femininas em As meninas, de Lygia Fagundes Telles, e a Veinte años, Luz, de Elsa OsorioExperiences, memories and female subjectivities in As meninas, by Lygia Fagundes Telles, and a Veinte años, Luz, by Elsa OsorioExperiencias, memorias y subjetividades femeninas en As meninas, de Lygia Fagundes Telles, y a Veinte años, Luz, de Elsa Osorioinfo:eu-repo/semantics/publishedVersioninfo:eu-repo/semantics/doctoralThesisAlós, Anselmo Pereshttp://lattes.cnpq.br/4335387854670599Vivian, Ilse Maria da RosaOliveira, Amanda Laís Jacobsen deDutra, Nícollas Cayann TeixeiraGuimarães, Rafael Eisingerhttp://lattes.cnpq.br/0598747619554493Cargnelutti, Camila Marchesan800200000001600600600600600600600f5ae0618-d925-4bad-a6bd-b2614380d3ad3a7b09d0-18f5-4a5c-8d2d-199b4d475e4ee5885628-2ab2-46e5-9f6f-20af137c57c427a5e7f6-1ec8-44ac-bb0b-2d35615b924ade1eb340-80ad-4733-b0cd-5cdee83ff91ccd69b4cb-1bfa-464a-be69-5d458a85c21ereponame:Biblioteca Digital de Teses e Dissertações do UFSMinstname:Universidade Federal de Santa Maria (UFSM)instacron:UFSMORIGINALTES_PPGLETRAS_2023_CARGNELUTTI_CAMILA.pdfTES_PPGLETRAS_2023_CARGNELUTTI_CAMILA.pdfTese de doutoradoapplication/pdf1391882http://repositorio.ufsm.br/bitstream/1/29617/1/TES_PPGLETRAS_2023_CARGNELUTTI_CAMILA.pdf52c80e78b90c3a56be1854c5c72b9897MD51CC-LICENSElicense_rdflicense_rdfapplication/rdf+xml;
