Aiming to evaluate digestible sulfurous amino acids to digestible lysine relationship in nursery diets with 7.5% of spray dried blood (PSP) or with skin milk (LDP), 144 piglets of 7.35±1.01kg weaned attn 21 days old was used in the experiment with the factorial arrangement 2X3 (PSP diet or LDP diet and 56.0, 60.0 e 64.0% digestible sulfurous amino acids: digestible lysine relationship) eight replicates with three animals as an experimental unit. The piglets were fed with the experimental diets from 22 to 35 days of age (period one). The animals of all treatments were fed with the same nursery diet from 36 to 49 days. There was a significant effect (P<0.10) on the bio-nutritional index (IBN) for the interaction ingredient x amino acids relationship. The pigs that were fed with the diet containing PSP and the amino acid relationship of 60 % had higher IBN than the pigs that received diets with LDP and the same amino acid relationship. For the whole period (22 to 49 days of age) significant differences were observed (P<0.10) on weight gain, and IBN for the interaction ingredient x amino acids relationship. There were no individual effects of ingredient source and amino acid relationship on the analyzed variables. The occurrence and severity of diarrhea had higher effect on weight gain at both period for piglets fed diet with LDP and the digestible sulfurous amino acid: digestible lysine relationship on 60.0 % and for piglets fed with diets PSP and the digestible sulfurous amino acid:digestible lysine relationship on 64.0 %. The digestible sulfurous amino acid:digestible lysine relationship in nursery diets to pigs from 22 to 35 days of age is 56.0 % regardless of the ingredient source.
