Resumo: The present research aimed to evaluate the logistic performance model of productive chains (ADELCAP) based on the duration of the elements of the operational cycle of the wood transport. This can optimize resources to guarantee a continuous flow of transport and to assure an appropriate volume of wood arriving into the factory. This case study was based on a cellulose producer of the State of Minas Gerais, Brazil. Diagnose of the logistic chain of wood supply of this company was initially made to identify possible bottle necks along the chain. The key variables were defined based on the characterization of the structure and operation tools and the main directions that affect the efficiency and competitiveness were identified and evaluated. The Temporary Petri Nets was the model of the logistic of wood transported because it works with two periods that correspond to the duration of sensibilazation. Their properties are: simulation (working with hypothetical sceneries), dynamic (where the exit depend on the initial values); deterministic (the exit variables are not random); continuous (the time is measured with real numbers) and; temporal in the transitions. The sceneries were produced with the same variations of the two regional wood producing areas studied and their simulations were done with the software JARP and ARP to evaluate the operational and economical performance. The variations applied in the sceneries were: the improvement of forest highways; increasing the numbers of loaders and; improvement of the efficiency of the garage. The scenery with the three variations (scenery 7) presented the biggest reduction of the duration of the cycles of wood transport for both regional ones compared to the current situation with 19.24% and 21.48%, respectively for the Rio Doce and Cocais das Estrelas regions in the Minas Gerais State, Brazil. The operational cost analyzed was the value paid for the freight without including the investment costs. This showed a bigger reduction with the Scenery 7 with 20.09% and 21.22%, respectively, for the regional of Rio Doce and Cocais das Estrelas.

This showed a bigger reduction with the Scenery 7 with 20.09% and 21.22%, respectively, for the regional of Rio Doce and Cocais das Estrelas.O presente trabalho objetivou usar o modelo de avaliação do desempenho logístico de cadeias produtivas (ADELCAP) centrado nos tempos dos elementos do ciclo operacional do transporte de madeira, visando otimizar os recursos, garantir um fluxo contínuo de abastecimento e assegurar um volume adequado de entrada de madeira na fábrica. Para tanto, utilizou-se como estudo de caso uma empresa produtora de celulose no Estado de Minas Gerais. Inicialmente, diagnosticou a cadeia logística de suprimento de madeira da empresa para se conhecer os principais gargalos existentes ao longo da cadeia; definiu preliminarmente suas variáveis-chave, com base na caracterização da estrutura e do funcionamento da mesma e; finalmente identificou e avaliou os principais direcionadores que condicionam sua eficiência e competitividade. O modelo da cadeia logística de transporte de madeira utilizou a Rede de Petri Temporal, por trabalhar com dois tempos que correspondem a uma duração de sensibilização. Suas propriedades são: de simulação (por trabalhar com cenários hipotéticos), dinâmico (onde os valores de saída dependem dos valores de entrada); determinístico (as variáveis de saída não são aleatórias); contínuo (o tempo é medido por números reais) e; temporizados nas transições. Criaram-se cenários, com as mesmas variações nas duas regionais produtoras de madeira estudadas, e realizaram-se simulações com os softwares JARP e ARP, a fim de avaliar o desempenho operacional e econômico. As variações aplicadas nos cenários foram: a melhoria das estradas florestais; aumento dos números de carregadores e; melhoria da eficiência da garagem. Para ambas as regionais, o cenário com as três variações (Cenário 7) apresentou a maior redução dos tempos dos ciclos de transporte de madeira em relação à situação atual, sendo 19,24% e 21,48%, respectivamente, para Rio Doce e Cocais das Estrelas. O custo operacional analisado é o valor pago pelo frete, não estando incluso o custo referente a investimentos.
