This research analyses the way which the inequality in the relation of gender in the rural area has been treated by services extension rural in the Brazil. We hard analyzed the rended services by the EMATER-MG tanking as a analyzed unit of our studies an extended action developed in the region of county Viçosa. The survey tried to play what way the preconization management anti- sexist in the Política Nacional de Assistência Técnica e Extensão Rural (PNATER) raised in by the Ministério do Desenvolvimento Agrário (MDA) has caming or not to happen in the professional practice to technical an technique in the state owned company considereted one of the most important help agency extension service in the Brazil rural area. Conceptually the theme about the gender was approached under a perspective of criticizing the ways of the women social subordination. The survey broached the Bordieu theoretical form the habitus and extensionists and their relationship between the product and the producer in the familiar unit. Empirically it related inequality relation between women and men in the rural area. As methodological resources were researched issues and earlier and later documents in the PNATER in which subsidized the practice of ATER from the EMATER-MG experts under the light of the perspective of the gender. The issues refer to the Revista de Extensão in the Minas Gerais and e the documents refer to the yearly issues of the company. Both male and female public were researched about the courses provided by EMATER- MG during the farmer week in 2004 to 2007 and questionnaires were applied by the experts with standard from regional institution of Viçosa from analyses of data interpretation was possible to realize bhat the PNATER diretrix that has a diretrix to search for equality in the gender relationship still didn't incorporate in the work practice of the extensionits with the farmer and agriculture. However habitus sexist is internment present in the institution.
