Resumo: Analyzing the damages caused by pathogens of soybean, lines with resistance genes are increasingly required. The objectives of this work were to estimate the genetic diversity among 32 elite breeding lines of soybean from early maturity and recommended to the central region of Brazil based on the reaction to mixture isolated of Cercospora sojina, oidium, C. sojina races 15 and 23, Heterodera glycines, Meloidogyne javanica and M. incognita and identify resistant breeding lines with potential to be used in future crosses to pyramid the resistance genes and multiple resistance. The experiments were conducted in a greenhouse of the Soybean Breeding Program, in Fitotecnia Department, Federal University of Viçosa (UFV). Six experiments were performed using standards as witnesses Conquista, Bossier, Valiosa RR (experiment 1); Conquista, Bossier, Valiosa RR and FT-Cristalina (experiments 2 and 3), Lee 74, FT-Cristalina and Hartwig (experiment 4) and Conquista (experiments 5 and 6). In all experiments the experimental unit was composed for a vase and the repetition for a plant. The experiment 1 was performed with a mixture of isolates of C. sojina races 2, 4, 7, 9, 15, 17 and 23. Susceptible lines were naturally infested with infected plants with oidium arranged through the lines. Experiments 2 and 3 were conducted separately with isolates of races 15 and 23 of C. sojina, respectively. Experiment 4 was conducted with soil previously infested with race 3 of Soybean Cyst Nematode (SCN). The leaf diseases were evaluated for severity according to the diagrammatic scales of MOREIRA (1990) and PEREIRA (2001) for C. sojina and oidium, respectively. For root diseases was counted females (NCS) and galls of each root. The data were subjected to analysis of variance by F test and grouping of means by Scott-Knott test at 5% probability. The dissimilarity between the lines were obtained through the Average Standardized Euclidean Distance and the clustering of the lines by the methods UPGMA (Upweighted Pair Group Media Average) and Tocher. The relative contribution of each character was estimated as well as the main components with the graphic dispersion of the lines in relation to them. Finally, it was determined correlation between the characters and analysis of repeatability of the data of leaf diseases. Among the 32 breeding lines were identified 22, 10, 20, 27, 2, 7 and 9 resistant to mixture of isolates of C. sojina, oidium, race 15 of C. sojina, race 23 C. sojina, NCS, M. javanica and M. incognita, respectively. There was genetic diversity between lines based on the reaction to diseases and was possible to group them with resistance to leaf and root diseases in different groups. Although not verified any resistance line to all diseases evaluated, it was observed that the diversity between them allows the pyramiding of resistance genes and multiple resistance with recombinant progeny across the intercrossed of them. For this, the parents should be properly chosen based on the complementarity of these genotypes for reaction to diseases.
