Adoção de tecnologias 4.0 por produtores rurais: um estudo na Cooperativa Lar

This work was dedicated to the elements identification that direct the adoption of 4.0 technologies in soy production. A case study was developed at LAR Agroindustrial Cooperative (located in the western region of Paraná) to demonstrate the technologies use and contribute to its understanding. The state of the art was developed with set of narratives and bibliometric reviews, which reduced biases in the literature selection. The approach focuses on the information decoding capabilities from agroindustrial producers, agricultural industries, and available support system available along agrosupply chain. For this analysis, the primary data were collected through questionnaires and the secondary data were obtained from the agricultural sense database of the year 2017. According to data profile collection was applying descriptive statistics in this research. It was observed that the decision makers and the agroindustries information decoding capabilities are elevated. However, the adoption of technologies is determined by the agrocooperative and transmitted to producers on through a hierarchical governance structure. On the other hand, the agroproduction chain support system presented himself with the lease offer; outsourcing and decision support in production and investment operations, indicating a cooperative relationship in the technologies adoption. Thus is suggested that Lar Agroindustrial Cooperative change its governance strategy, to allow the decision maker to dedicate to the 4.0 technologies integration in your agroproduction system as a way of mitigating the main risks of activities in the field.
