The objective is to develop a study on the implementation feasibility of rural tourism in family farming in the municipality of Diamante D'Oeste - Pr, the project was developed in 11 properties with an interest in rural tourism project in family farming. The dissertation is divided into articles. To reach the objective of the work was first performed a theoretical analysis of recent studies of the last five years in regular sites where studies conclude that tourism in rural areas can not be seen as a non-miraculous activity, but rather as a alternative or additional income. The model used to develop the project was to Oliveira (2002), where the author suggests to follow a few steps to the development of such as inventory project, diagnosis, prognosis, market research, study of economic viability, product formatting and marketing plan. Second time we carried out a field survey through a tourist inventory in the eleven properties with an interest in rural tourism project on the family farm in the municipality of Diamante D'Oeste - Pr, then the issues were analyzed and discussed in dissertation form. The study concludes that the strengths found were how to access and natural characteristics, weaknesses are the cultural ethical characteristics, machinery and equipment, infrastructure of the properties, the opportunities were the proximity to the city of Cascavel and Foz do Iguaçu, the threats posed by inventory are lack of involvement with the project, few people in the properties. To complete the project was carried out a survey of the tourism agencies of the city of Cascavel and Foz do Iguaçu, then an interview with tourists to analyze the interest in visiting rural tourism circuit in family farming. It is concluded that the rural tourism project in family farming is viable for farmers, bringing additional income for these families as well as providing qualities of life for these families
