Resumo: During the 2020-2021 biennium, the Covid-19 pandemic caused the longest closure of schools ever recorded in the history of the state of Parana, a period in which the spaces, resources and activities of students and teachers had to be reformulated to meet to the need for social isolation, resulting in the implementation of emergency teaching. Faced with this unprecedented scenario, the relevance of this research lies mainly in the need to carry out a historical record of this period. As a general objective, we sought to investigate the developments of emergency teaching and its possible implications in the learning of the Portuguese language by students in the 3rd year of High School in state public schools in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. As specific objectives we list: I) Historically contextualize emergency teaching in the state public teaching network of Parana; II) Analyze how the Secretary for Education and Sport (SEED) reorganized the teaching – learning process in the 2020-2021 biennium, focusing on the subject of Portuguese Language in High School. III) Understand how students and teachers of the Portuguese Language of the 3rd grade of High School in public schools in the state of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu experienced the period of emergency teaching. IV) To identify how Portuguese Language students and teachers in the 3rd year of High School at public schools in the state public school network in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu evaluate the learning developed during the period of emergency teaching. The questions that drove the research are: did the way in which emergency teaching was organized by SEED meet the reality and needs of students, teachers and schools? Did this organization allow for effective learning by students in the Portuguese Language discipline? In order to meet the research objectives and seek answers to these questions, an analysis of the documents that guided the organization of emergency teaching in the state public education network of Parana, was carried out and a survey was carried out in the four schools belonging to the referred network located in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu, using the semi-structured interview with the Portuguese Language teachers and the online questionnaire with the students as data generation instruments. The data generated through these instruments were analyzed and interpreted through the Discursive Textual Analysis method and the discussions were anchored in the assumptions of historical-critical pedagogy. The study is of a basic nature, exploratory – descriptive, with articulation between qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that all the reorganization carried out with emergency teaching did not prevent the suspension of face-toface classes from having negative impacts on student learning, however the insertion of digital technologies with this teaching format brought new possibilities to conducting the teaching-learning process. The expectation of students and teachers, with the return to face-toface classes, is to focus on resuming contente in order to overcome or at least mitigate the learning gap resulting from the pandemic.

Ante este escenario inédito, la relevancia de esta investigación radica principalmente en la necesidad de realizar un registro histórico de este periodo. Como objetivo general, buscamos investigar las consecuencias de la enseñanza de emergencia y sus posibles implicaciones en el aprendizaje de la lengua portuguesa en los estudiantes del 3º año de enseñanza media en escuelas públicas estaduales del municipio de Santa Terezinha de Itaipú. Como objetivos específicos enumerados: I) contextualizar históricamente la enseñanza de emergencia en la red estatal de enseñanza pública de Paraná; II) Analizar cómo la Secretaría de Estado de Educación y Deporte (SEED) reorganizó el proceso de enseñanzaaprendizaje en el bienio 2020-2021, con foco en la asignatura de Lengua Portuguesa en la Enseñanza Media; III) Comprender cómo los estudiantes y profesores portugueses del 3º año de la Enseñanza Media en las escuelas públicas estaduales de Santa Terezinha de Itaipú vivió el periodo de enseñanza de emergencia; IV) Identificar cómo los estudiantes y profesores de lengua portuguesa del 3º año de la enseñanza media de las escuelas públicas estatales del municipio de Santa Terezinha de Itaipú evalúan los aprendizajes desarrollados durante el período de enseñanza de emergencia. Las preguntas que impulsarán la investigación son: La forma en que la SEED organizó la enseñanza de emergencia, ¿Respondió a la realidad y necesidades de estudiantes, docentes e escuelas ¿Permitió esta organización el aprendizaje efectivo de los estudiantes en la disciplina de lengua portuguesa? Para cumplir con los objetivos de la investigación y buscar respuestas a estas preguntas, se realizó un análisis de los documentos que orientan la organización de la enseñanza de emergencia en la red de educación pública estatal de Paraná y se realizó una encuesta en las cuatro escuelas pertenecientes a la referida red ubicada en el municipio de Santa Terezinha de Itaipú, utilizando como instrumentos de generación de datos la entrevista semiestructurada con los profesores de lengua portuguesa y el cuestionario en línea con los estudiantes. Los datos generados a través de estos instrumentos fueron analizados e interpretados a través del método de Análisis Textual Discursivo y las discusiones fueron ancladas en los presupuestos de la pedagogía histórico-crítica. El estudio es de carácter básico, exploratorio-descriptivo, con articulación entre enfoques cualitativos y cuantitativos. Los resultados indican que todo el reordenamiento realizado con la docencia de emergencia no impidió que la suspensión de las clases presenciales tuviera impactos negativos en el aprendizaje de los estudiantes; sin embargo, la inserción de las tecnologías digitales con este formato de enseñanza trajo nuevas posibilidades para la conducción de la enseñanza-proceso de aprendizaje. La expectativa de estudiantes y docentes, con el regreso a las clases presenciales, es enfocarse en retomar contenidos con miras a superar o al menos mitigar la brecha de aprendizaje producto de la pandemia.Durante o biênio 2020-2021, a pandemia da Covid-19 causou o fechamento mais prolongado das escolas já registrado na história do estado do Paraná, período em que os espaços, os recursos e as atividades de alunos e professores tiveram que ser reformulados para atender à necessidade de isolamento social, resultando na implementação do ensino emergencial. Diante desse cenário sem precedentes, a relevância desta pesquisa reside, principalmente, na necessidade de realizar um registro histórico desse período. Como objetivo geral, procuramos investigar os desdobramentos do ensino emergencial e suas possíveis implicações no aprendizado de Língua Portuguesa dos alunos da 3ª série do Ensino Médio das escolas da rede pública estadual do município de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. Como objetivos específicos elencamos: I) Contextualizar historicamente o ensino emergencial na rede pública estadual de ensino do Paraná; II) Analisar como a Secretaria de Estado da Educação e do Esporte (SEED) reorganizou o processo ensino-aprendizagem no biênio 2020-2021, com foco na disciplina de Língua Portuguesa do Ensino Médio; III) Compreender como os alunos e os professores de Língua Portuguesa da 3ª série do Ensino Médio das escolas da rede pública estadual de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu vivenciaram o período de ensino emergencial; IV) Identificar como os alunos e professores de Língua Portuguesa da 3ª série do Ensino Médio das escolas da rede pública estadual de ensino do município de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu avaliam o aprendizado desenvolvido durante o período de ensino emergencial. Os questionamentos que impulsionaram a pesquisa são: a forma como o ensino emergencial foi organizado pela SEED atendeu à realidade e às necessidades dos alunos, dos professores e das escolas? Essa organização permitiu o aprendizado efetivo dos alunos na disciplina de Língua Portuguesa? Para atender ao objetivo da pesquisa e buscar respostas a estes questionamentos, foi realizada a análise dos documentos que nortearam a organização do ensino emergencial na rede pública estadual de ensino do Paraná e um estudo de levantamento nas quatro escolas pertencentes à referida rede localizadas no município de Santa Terezinha de Itaipu, utilizando como instrumentos de geração de dados a entrevista semiestruturada com os professores de Língua Portuguesa e o questionário online com os alunos. Os dados gerados através desses instrumentos foram analisados e interpretados através do método Análise Textual Discursiva e as discussões foram ancoradas nos pressupostos da pedagogia histórico-crítica. O estudo é de natureza básica, de ordem exploratória-descritiva, com articulação entre as abordagens qualitativa e quantitativa. Os resultados apontam que toda a reorganização realizada com o ensino emergencial não impediu que a suspensão das aulas presenciais acarretasse impactos negativos no aprendizado dos alunos, contudo a inserção das tecnologias digitais com este formato de ensino trouxe novas possibilidades para a condução do processo ensinoaprendizagem. description During the 2020-2021 biennium, the Covid-19 pandemic caused the longest closure of schools ever recorded in the history of the state of Parana, a period in which the spaces, resources and activities of students and teachers had to be reformulated to meet to the need for social isolation, resulting in the implementation of emergency teaching. Faced with this unprecedented scenario, the relevance of this research lies mainly in the need to carry out a historical record of this period. As a general objective, we sought to investigate the developments of emergency teaching and its possible implications in the learning of the Portuguese language by students in the 3rd year of High School in state public schools in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu. As specific objectives we list: I) Historically contextualize emergency teaching in the state public teaching network of Parana; II) Analyze how the Secretary for Education and Sport (SEED) reorganized the teaching – learning process in the 2020-2021 biennium, focusing on the subject of Portuguese Language in High School. III) Understand how students and teachers of the Portuguese Language of the 3rd grade of High School in public schools in the state of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu experienced the period of emergency teaching. IV) To identify how Portuguese Language students and teachers in the 3rd year of High School at public schools in the state public school network in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu evaluate the learning developed during the period of emergency teaching. The questions that drove the research are: did the way in which emergency teaching was organized by SEED meet the reality and needs of students, teachers and schools? Did this organization allow for effective learning by students in the Portuguese Language discipline? In order to meet the research objectives and seek answers to these questions, an analysis of the documents that guided the organization of emergency teaching in the state public education network of Parana, was carried out and a survey was carried out in the four schools belonging to the referred network located in the municipality of Santa Terezinha de Itaipu, using the semi-structured interview with the Portuguese Language teachers and the online questionnaire with the students as data generation instruments. The data generated through these instruments were analyzed and interpreted through the Discursive Textual Analysis method and the discussions were anchored in the assumptions of historical-critical pedagogy. The study is of a basic nature, exploratory – descriptive, with articulation between qualitative and quantitative approaches. The results indicate that all the reorganization carried out with emergency teaching did not prevent the suspension of face-toface classes from having negative impacts on student learning, however the insertion of digital technologies with this teaching format brought new possibilities to conducting the teaching-learning process. The expectation of students and teachers, with the return to face-toface classes, is to focus on resuming contente in order to overcome or at least mitigate the learning gap resulting from the pandemic.
