Resumo: The present study aimed to evaluate the effects of supplementation with resveratrol on the reproductive organs (uterus and ovaries) of female rats With diet-induced obesity palatable diet (DPH). We studied 64 Wistar rats were divided into 4 groups: control group (G-CM n = 16): animals fed with commercial feed supplementation Labina ® over placebo (0.5 mL of deionized water, by gavage); Control Group Res + (G-MR n = 16) animals fed commercial feed supplemented with more Labina ® 30 mg resveratrol / kg / day diluted in 0.5 ml deionized water by gavage; group O(G-CO n = 16): animals fed palatable diet (DPH) over placebo supplementation; group O + Res (G- RO n = 16): animals fed with DPH or supplemented with resveratrol 30mg / kg / day. The animals received the diets and supplements for 12 weeks (84 days) and after the experimental period, the rats were euthanized and organs (uterus and ovaries) were removed, weighed and processed for histology. From the results obtained we conclude that supplementation with resveratrol increases ovarian activity evidenced by increase of LCs, as well as in ovarian follicles. In the uterus, the animals that receiving resveratrol was demonstrated by the proliferative capacity characteristic of NORs smaller and in greater quantity.

Foram estudadas 64 ratas Wistar, divididas em 4 grupos: Grupo Controle (G-CM n=16): animais alimentados com ração comercial LABINA® mais suplementação de placebo (0,5 mL de água deionizada, por meio de gavagem); Grupo Controle+Res (G-RM n=16): animais alimentados com ração comercial LABINA® mais suplementação com 30mg de resveratrol/Kg/dia diluídos em 0,5 mL de água deionizada, por meio de gavagem; Grupo Obeso (G-CO n=16): animais alimentados com dieta palatável hiperlipídica (DPH) mais suplementação de placebo; Grupo Obeso+Res (G-RO n=16): animais alimentados com DPH mais suplementação com 30mg de resveratrol/Kg/dia. Os animais receberam as dietas e suplementos durante 12 semanas (84 dias) e após o período experimental as ratas foram eutanasiadas e os órgãos (útero e ovários) retirados, pesados e processados para histologia. Pelos resultados obtidos concluímos que a suplementação com resveratrol aumenta a atividade ovariana evidenciada pelo aumento de CLs, bem como nos folículos ovarianos. No útero dos animais que receberam o resveratrol houve maior capacidade proliferativa demonstrada pela característica das NORs (regiões organizadoras de nucléolos) pequenas e em maior quantidade.Made available in DSpace on 2016-07-18T17:53:13Z (GMT).
