Resumo: | Homeopathy is a cost and toxicity alternative used in human and animal reproduc-tion. In animals, this therapy is used in livestock production systems, mainly organic, since it has the advantage of maintaining the animal’s balance. In addition to being easy to administer, it does not produce and therefore does not contaminate the envi-ronment. Production, quality and quantity of aspirated, culture and cleaved oocytes, blastocyst production, plasma progesterone, recipient pregnancy in Nellore coma treated with homeopathy (Homeo-Vita Fertilidade®), and weight loss were compared. Nineteen cows were kept in 2 selected groups, initially, in G-C (control, n=09) and G-H qualities with homeopathy, after 33 days, they had in low pasture the synchronized follicular wave and were aspirated 2,5 days after ovulation. As rental weight (on average 1,8 arrobas) with maintain groups: group G-CLow again (control weight loss) and G-HLow (treated weight loss), were synchronized 90 days after corn silage supply and aspirated weight Low again (on average 3,2 arrobas) composing the groups: G-CHigh (smart weight control) and G-HHigh (treated G of intelligent weight). Independents who received weight treatment with homeopathy, results4, results2 (p=0.094) in the proportion of blastocysts, 7% without the number of aspirates of COC’s (cysts-oocyte complex) or the cleavage rate. However, cows that gained weight, regardless of homeopathy, exhibited a higher number (p<0.05) of COC’s GI, GIII, atresics and % viable. Naked oocytes were superior (p<0.05) on weight loss vacations, regardless of treatment. There was no effect of treatment or weight on plasma progesterone concentration or pregnancy in inoculated recipients. We conclude that greater use of homeopathy in Nelore cows results in blastocyst production and weight-optimized cows have a higher efficiency (OPU-PIVE in vitro embryo production associated with ultrasound-guided aspiration), regardless of what they do. |

Submitted by Michele Mologni (mologni@unoeste.br) on 2023-04-18T14:06:04Z No. of bitstreams: 1 Tatiane Szücs dos Santos Barros Dias.pdf: 1277000 bytes, checksum: 80a266dbca641544c212f1a4a11b5e35 (MD5)Made available in DSpace on 2023-04-18T14:06:04Z (GMT).
