Resumo: This dissertation was developed together with the Graduate Program of the Universidade do Oeste Paulista, in the line of research “Training and action of teaching professionals and educational practices”. The school is an established space for the mediation of cognitive and social concepts that guide our society. And one of the challenges for education professionals is to offer a healthy and democratic environment to their students, but with emergency remote teaching and constant use of the internet, whether for leisure or study, various types of virtual aggression have expanded, such as offensive messages, embarrassing photos, humiliating practices etc. A year before the Covid-19 pandemic, Brazil was already classified as the second country in the world with the highest number of cases of bullying on the internet, the so-called cyberbullying. The main targets of these violent virtual practices are children and adolescents, who usually have personal profiles on social networks. To this end, this research in the line “Training and action of teaching professionals and educational practices” has as its guiding question: how the work carried out in schools with themes of culture of peace, moral education and socio-emotional skills can help in the process of prevention and of awareness of cases of virtual violence? That said, the general objective is analyze which conceptions school management and teachers have regarding the construction of moral values and the development of moral autonomy, as well as understanding the work developed by teachers with students of Elementary School II in relation to the construction of socio-moral values and the prevention of cyberbullying. The theoretical contribution was based on the psychology of morality from the perspective of cognitive-evolutionary theory with the contribution of studies by Piaget, Avilés Martinez, Diaz-Aguado, Bozza, Vinha, Tognetta, Puig, among others. For that, we developed an exploratory and descriptive research with a qualitative approach in which, through a semi-structured interview, we collected and analyzed data from the answers of 09 school professionals (school management and teachers) from a private school in the west of São Paulo which work with students in Elementary School II, 6th to 9th years, which corresponds to ages 10 and 14. The results indicate that the declared institutional documents do not contain guidelines on work developed to prevent violence. We observed from the participants' responses in relation to moral development, values, intellectual and moral autonomy that they present common sense knowledge. The same occurs with ciber(bullying), indiscipline and incivility. Regarding violence prevention plans, they only dialogue when some fact occurs for decision-making. We hope that this research can contribute to the possibilities of raising awareness of healthy and democratic school environments with culture of peace projects and well-established moral practices starting with the school and family so that they can be practiced in all environments, including virtual ones.

A escola é um espaço estabelecido para a mediação dos conceitos cognitivos e sociais que orientam a nossa sociedade e um dos desafios dos profissionais da educação é oferecer um ambiente saudável e democrático aos seus alunos, mas, com o ensino remoto emergencial e uso constante da internet, seja para lazer ou estudo, têm se expandido vários tipos de agressões virtuais como mensagens ofensivas, fotos vexatórias, práticas de humilhação etc. Um ano antes da pandemia da Covid-19, o Brasil já era classificado como o segundo país no mundo com o maior número de casos de bullying na internet, o denominado cyberbullying. Os principais alvos dessas práticas virtuais violentas são crianças e adolescentes, que geralmente têm perfis pessoais nas redes sociais. Para tanto, esta pesquisa tem como questão norteadora: como o trabalho desenvolvido nas escolas com temáticas de cultura da paz, de educação moral e de competências socioemocionais podem auxiliar no processo de prevenção e de conscientização dos casos de violência virtual? Isso posto, o objetivo geral é analisar quais concepções a gestão escolar e os professores têm a respeito da construção de valores morais e do desenvolvimento da autonomia moral bem como entender o trabalho desenvolvido pelos professores com os alunos do e fundamental II em relação à construção de valores sociomorais e à prevenção do cyberbullying. O aporte teórico foi pautado na psicologia da moralidade, na perspectiva da teoria cognitivo-evolutiva. Para tanto, desenvolvemos uma pesquisa exploratória e descritiva com abordagem qualitativa, na qual, por meio de uma entrevista semiestruturada, fizemos a coleta e análise de dados das respostas de nove profissionais da escola (gestão escolar e professores) de uma escola particular do oeste paulista que atuam com os alunos no ensino fundamental II, 6° ao 9° anos, que correspondem às idades de dez e 14 anos. Os resultados sinalizam que, nos documentos institucionais declarados, não constam orientações sobre um trabalho desenvolvido para a prevenção de violência. Observamos pelas respostas dos participantes em relação ao desenvolvimento moral, valores, autonomia intelectual e moral que apresentam conhecimento de senso comum. O mesmo ocorre com ciber(bullying), indisciplina e incivilidade. Quanto aos planos de prevenção da violência, apenas dialogam quando ocorre algum fato para as tomadas de decisão.
