Understanding that in the midst of the demands of the contemporary job market in all societies and the popularization of distance education, educational software began to differentiate in the offer of virtual teaching environments and multimedia technological resources, however, the development of educational applications is still considered to be an almost artisanal activity, since the central problem of educational software engineering is associated with the interaction between programmers and educators. In this context, the present study sought to analyze the requirements that subsidize the construction of educational solutions with emphasis in the retail segment, presenting the reuse of requirements that provides a better performance in terms of productivity and quality in development. For that, a theoretical study was carried out that allowed a greater understanding of the functional and nonfunctional requirements, educational software, e-learning, NFR Framework and Softgoal. Next, the catalogs, EduRetail 1.0 and EduRetail 2.0 were presented. Version 1.0, consisting of non-functional requirements, was basically the result of the following factors: Systematic mapping and validation with specialists in the development of educational software, teachers and students in education. Version 2.0 of the catalog is complete, composed of 34 non-functional requirements obtained in the first version and 47 functional requirements. The results obtained in this second version were the result of a field research with professionals who work directly with the retail area. The validation of the EduRetail 2.0 catalog has already been done with professional specialists who developed the Retail Educational System and through a case study. Thus, it was possible to analyze the requirements that will subsidize the construction of educational software with emphasis on retail.
