Distance learning has been expanding in educational institutions because of the rapid development of Information and Communication Technologies - ICT in the educational process. Against this background, Virtual Learning Environments - VLE – are being developed, they envision to interact, to expand knowledge and to produce innovative assessment tools. However, there is still a lack of credibility regarding evaluation methods carried out in these online environments. Faced with this, this study aimed to inquire the learning assessment into the forum and the building of new educational sensibilities of teachers-tutors and students from the Technical Course in Legal Services of the Federal Institute of Education, Science and Technology of Piauí - IFPI. The main difficulties and sensitivities of these subjects in the evaluation process in the discussion forum were analyzed. Methodologically, we used the field research to the qualitative and quantitative approaches. We prioritized three data collection instruments: non-participatory observation in the online travel environment, semistructured interviews with teachers, tutors and questionnaire with open and closed questions, applied with students and also teachers, tutors. The theoretical and methodological framework comes from sociointeractionist strand grounded in Vygotsky, and addresses the evaluation of learning in Hoffman, Luckesi Vasconcellos, Cortelazzo and Both’s perspective. As for the sensitivity dimension we used the studies of Pesavento, Muniz and Araújo. The results of this study show that the forum can be a rich educational tool, since it provides interaction, collaboration, autonomy and develops students and teachers-tutors knowledge. However, these subjects need to enhance educational and evaluative strategies through of the forum, because we realized that, although aware of the utility and functionality of this interactive tool, we feel that they have hardships during the evaluation process.To this end, we understand that these difficulties could be settled through a teaching method that raises awareness tutors, teachers for the accomplishment of a formative evaluation, equitable and sensitive in the forums as well as the students in the development of the art of learning. Thus, we developed a digital pedagogical guide, offering methodological strategies for the elaboration, correction, monitoring of the learning and feedback from evaluation activities in VLE discussion forums.
