Resumo: The present research is the Master's Program in Management and Practical Education (PROGEPE) of the University Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), specifically, on research in Management Education (LIPIGES). The objective of this research is to analyze whether the results of the Brazil test (PB) can be used by the management team as an intervention tool of pedagogical pr??xis to improve the quality of public education. Specifically, it aims to: i) verify if the results of the Brazil Test are parameters to guide changes in the school environment, ii) analyze whether the school management (EG) and teachers use the results and, if so, what intervention methods to the in-service training is structured to foster improvements in the quality of teaching, (iii) to analyze the teachers' posture, in relation to PB's results and what means are applied by GE to provide a better understanding of this evaluation method. The questions that raise the question of research are: i) is it possible to foster changes in the school unit (in relation to pedagogical procedures), in the possession of the results of external evaluations (specifically PB)? ii) If so, how can PB are used by GE and faculty? The established hypotheses assume that the use of the results of external evaluations (in specific BP) corroborates with the systemic improvement of education, when willing to delineate new pedagogical strategies and, in this sense, it is up to GE to intervene with the teaching staff to present the results of the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) and discuss them to foster solutions and improve the educational processes, thus reducing the problems limited to learning (of the school unit). The universe assigned to carry out this research was a Municipal School of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education (EMEIEF) that serves children from three to ten years old, located in Santo Andr??, a municipality located in the region of Greater ABC (metropolitan area of S??o Paulo). The subjects that integrated the research are: i) management team and ii) primary school teachers (initial years - 1st to 5th years). The nature of the research was qualitative and the data collection instruments used were: i) analysis of the documents that support the Education Department and the school unit; ii) on-site observation; and iii) a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Governmental documents and determinations were analyzed in the context of school management of public policies, which highlight the main laws and documents that underlie basic education. Theoretical basis focuses on: Lib??neo (2004, 2009, 2014); Gatti (2013, 2014); Saviani (2007, 2008); Freire (1993, 1994); among others. As main results, the research highlights the teacher's difficulties in improving his didactic strategies to improve student learning. Some teachers (research participants) stressed the importance of PB using it as an auxiliary tool, however the research showed that some teachers do not agree with PB and, therefore, do not use or discuss their results. The project proposed as an intervention plan emphasized the importance of continuing teacher training in service, to improve their pedagogical pr??xis, through the PB analysis.

Espec??ficamente, su objetivo es: i) verificar si los resultados de la Prueba de Brasil son par??metros para guiar los cambios en el entorno escolar, ii) analizar si la administraci??n escolar (EG) y los maestros usan los resultados y, de ser as??, qu?? m??todos de intervenci??n la capacitaci??n en el servicio est?? estructurada para fomentar mejoras en la calidad de la ense??anza, (iii) para analizar la postura de los docentes, en relaci??n con los resultados del PP y qu?? medios aplica GE para proporcionar una mejor comprensi??n de este m??todo de evaluaci??n. Las preguntas que plantean la cuesti??n de la investigaci??n son: i) ??es posible fomentar cambios en la unidad escolar (en relaci??n con los procedimientos pedag??gicos), en la posesi??n de los resultados de las evaluaciones externas (espec??ficamente PB)? ii) Si es as??, ??c??mo pueden usar PB y la facultad? Las hip??tesis establecidas suponen que el uso de los resultados de las evaluaciones externas (en BP espec??fica) se corrobora con la mejora sist??mica de la educaci??n, cuando est?? dispuesto a delinear nuevas estrategias pedag??gicas y, en este sentido, le corresponde a GE intervenir con el personal docente. Presentar los resultados del ??ndice de Desarrollo de la Educaci??n B??sica (IDEB) y discutirlos para fomentar soluciones y mejorar los procesos educativos, reduciendo as?? los problemas limitados al aprendizaje (de la unidad escolar). El universo asignado para llevar a cabo esta investigaci??n fue una Escuela Municipal de Educaci??n Infantil y Educaci??n Primaria (EMEIEF) que atiende a ni??os de tres a diez a??os de edad, ubicada en Santo Andr??, un municipio ubicado en la regi??n del Gran ABC (??rea metropolitana de Sao Paulo). Los temas que integraron la investigaci??n: i) equipo de gesti??n y ii) maestros de escuela primaria (a??os iniciales - 1?? a 5?? a??os). La naturaleza de la investigaci??n fue cualitativa y los instrumentos de recolecci??n de datos utilizados fueron: i) an??lisis de los documentos que respaldan el Departamento de Educaci??n y la unidad escolar; ii) observaci??n in situ; y iii) un cuestionario con preguntas abiertas y cerradas. Los documentos y determinaciones gubernamentales se analizaron en el contexto de la gesti??n escolar de las pol??ticas p??blicas, que destacan las principales leyes y documentos que subyacen a la educaci??n b??sica. La base te??rica se centra en: Lib??neo (2004, 2009, 2014); Gatti (2013, 2014); Saviani (2007, 2008); Freire (1993, 1994); entre otros. Como resultados principales, la investigaci??n destaca las dificultades del maestro para mejorar sus estrategias did??cticas para mejorar el aprendizaje de los estudiantes. Algunos maestros (participantes de la investigaci??n) destacaron la importancia de que el PB lo use como herramienta auxiliar, sin embargo, la investigaci??n mostr?? que algunos maestros no est??n de acuerdo con el PB y, por lo tanto, no usan ni discuten sus resultados. El proyecto propuesto como plan de intervenci??n enfatiz?? la importancia de continuar la capacitaci??n docente en el servicio, para mejorar su pr??ctica pedag??gica, a trav??s del an??lisis de PB.A presente investiga????o situa-se no Programa de Mestrado em Gest??o e Pr??ticas Educacionais (PROGEPE) da Universidade Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), especificamente, na linha de pesquisa e de interven????o em gest??o educacional (LIPIGES). Objetiva-se com a presente pesquisa analisar se os resultados da Prova Brasil (PB) podem ser usados pela equipe gestora, como instrumento de interven????o da pr??xis pedag??gica para melhorar a qualidade da educa????o p??blica. Em espec??fico, objetiva-se: i) verificar se os resultados da Prova Brasil s??o par??metros para nortear as mudan??as do ??mbito escolar, ii) analisar se a gest??o escolar (GE) e professores utilizam os resultados e, caso sim, quais m??todos interventivos para a forma????o em servi??o s??o estruturados para fomentar melhorias na qualidade de ensino, iii) analisar a postura dos professores, perante os resultados da PB, e quais meios s??o aplicados pela GE para propiciar uma melhor compreens??o deste m??todo avaliativo. As quest??es que suscitam a problem??tica da pesquisa s??o: i) ?? poss??vel, em posse dos resultados das avalia????es externas (em espec??fico a PB), fomentar mudan??as na unidade escolar (em rela????o aos procedimentos pedag??gicos)? ii) Caso sim, como a PB pode ser utilizada pela GE e corpo docente? As hip??teses estabelecidas pressup??em que o uso dos resultados das avalia????es externas (em espec??fico a PB) corrobora na melhora sist??mica da educa????o, quando dispostos para delinear novas estrat??gias pedag??gicas e, neste sentido, cabe ?? GE intervir, junto ao corpo docente, para apresentar os resultados do ??ndice de Desenvolvimento da Educa????o B??sica (IDEB) e discuti-los para fomentar solu????es e melhorar os processos educativos, diminuindo assim, os problemas circunscritos ?? aprendizagem (da unidade escolar). O universo designado para a realiza????o desta pesquisa foi uma Escola Municipal de Educa????o Infantil e Ensino Fundamental (EMEIEF) que atende crian??as de tr??s a dez anos, situada em Santo Andr??, mun??cipio localizado na regi??o do Grande ABC (regi??o metropolitana de S??o Paulo). Os sujeitos que integraram a pesquisa: i) equipe gestora e ii) professores do Ensino Fundamental (anos iniciais ??? 1?? aos 5?? anos). A natureza de pesquisa foi de cunho qualitativo e os instrumentos de coleta de dados utilizados foram: i) an??lise dos documentos que fundamentam a Secretaria de Educa????o e a unidade escolar, ii) observa????o in loco e iii) um question??rio com perguntas abertas e fechadas. Analisaram-se documentos e determina????es governamentais, no ??mbito da gest??o escolar, de pol??ticas p??blicas, das quais se destacam as principais leis e documentos que subjazem ?? educa????o b??sica. A fundamenta????o te??rica concentra-se em: Lib??neo (2004, 2009, 2014); Gatti (2013, 2014); Saviani (2007, 2008); Freire (1993,1994); dentre outros. Como principais resultados, a pesquisa evidencia as dificuldades do docente em aprimorar suas estrat??gias did??ticas para melhorar a aprendizagem do aluno. Alguns professores (participantes da pesquisa) destacaram a import??ncia da PB, utilizando-a como um instrumento auxiliar; contudo, a pesquisa demonstrou que alguns docentes n??o concordam com o m??todo usado na PB e, por isso, n??o a utilizam ou discutem sobre seus resultados. description The present research is the Master's Program in Management and Practical Education (PROGEPE) of the University Nove de Julho (UNINOVE), specifically, on research in Management Education (LIPIGES). The objective of this research is to analyze whether the results of the Brazil test (PB) can be used by the management team as an intervention tool of pedagogical pr??xis to improve the quality of public education. Specifically, it aims to: i) verify if the results of the Brazil Test are parameters to guide changes in the school environment, ii) analyze whether the school management (EG) and teachers use the results and, if so, what intervention methods to the in-service training is structured to foster improvements in the quality of teaching, (iii) to analyze the teachers' posture, in relation to PB's results and what means are applied by GE to provide a better understanding of this evaluation method. The questions that raise the question of research are: i) is it possible to foster changes in the school unit (in relation to pedagogical procedures), in the possession of the results of external evaluations (specifically PB)? ii) If so, how can PB are used by GE and faculty? The established hypotheses assume that the use of the results of external evaluations (in specific BP) corroborates with the systemic improvement of education, when willing to delineate new pedagogical strategies and, in this sense, it is up to GE to intervene with the teaching staff to present the results of the Basic Education Development Index (IDEB) and discuss them to foster solutions and improve the educational processes, thus reducing the problems limited to learning (of the school unit). The universe assigned to carry out this research was a Municipal School of Early Childhood Education and Elementary Education (EMEIEF) that serves children from three to ten years old, located in Santo Andr??, a municipality located in the region of Greater ABC (metropolitan area of S??o Paulo). The subjects that integrated the research are: i) management team and ii) primary school teachers (initial years - 1st to 5th years). The nature of the research was qualitative and the data collection instruments used were: i) analysis of the documents that support the Education Department and the school unit; ii) on-site observation; and iii) a questionnaire with open and closed questions. Governmental documents and determinations were analyzed in the context of school management of public policies, which highlight the main laws and documents that underlie basic education. Theoretical basis focuses on: Lib??neo (2004, 2009, 2014); Gatti (2013, 2014); Saviani (2007, 2008); Freire (1993, 1994); among others. As main results, the research highlights the teacher's difficulties in improving his didactic strategies to improve student learning. Some teachers (research participants) stressed the importance of PB using it as an auxiliary tool, however the research showed that some teachers do not agree with PB and, therefore, do not use or discuss their results. The project proposed as an intervention plan emphasized the importance of continuing teacher training in service, to improve their pedagogical pr??xis, through the PB analysis.
