Resumo: The present research-intervention had as an object an experience with C??rculo de Cultura, having as subjects of research polyvalent and licensed teachers that work in the Education of Young and Adults (EJA) at the Escola de Prefeitura de Guarulhos "EPG Hamilton F??lix de Souza" in the region metropolitan of S??o Paulo. The reflective meetings with the researcher, who was also a pedagogical coordinator in the modality under study, were recorded and later analyzed some reflections that allowed the demonstration of the potentiality of the Culture Circles encouraged by the researcher as research methodology in teacher training, a space of questions without answers with a perspective of action-reflection-action, raising the possibility of implementing the Pedagogical Political Project (PPP) of the school studied and the Table of Knowledge, a curricular reference of the municipality. This work also demonstrated the importance of collaboration in the construction of groups and the teaching itself in its autonomy for the development of possible shared practices that walk to the student, from schooling in the EJA, transform their consciousness and life trajectory. This research demonstrated that the C??rculo de Cultura methodology promotes participation and the exchange of experience, in an emancipatory reflection that increases the autonomy and collaboration, which reverberates in an educative act surpassing the naive conscience.

Los encuentros reflexivos con el investigador, que tambi??n fue Coordinador pedag??gico en la modalidad de estudio, fueron grabados y posteriormente analizaron algunas reflexiones que permitieron demostrar la potencialidad de los c??rculos culturales animados por el Investigadora como metodolog??a de investigaci??n en formaci??n docente, espacio de preguntas sin respuestas definitivas, en una perspectiva de acci??n-reflexi??n-acci??n, planteando la posibilidad de efectuar el proyecto pol??tico pedag??gico (PPP) de la escuela estudiada y el marco de Ya sabes, curr??culum referencial del municipio. Este trabajo tambi??n demostr?? la importancia de la colaboraci??n en la construcci??n de grupos y de su propia ense??anza en su autonom??a para el desarrollo de posibles pr??cticas compartidas que caminan a la educaci??n, desde la escolarizaci??n del eja, para transformar Su conciencia y trayectoria de vida. Esta investigaci??n demostr?? que la metodolog??a del c??rculo cultural promueve la participaci??n y el intercambio de experiencias, en una reflexi??n emancipadora que aumenta la autonom??a y la colaboraci??n, que resuena en un acto educativo superado por la conciencia ingenua.A presente pesquisa-interven????o teve por objeto uma experi??ncia com C??rculo de Cultura, tendo por sujeitos de pesquisa professores polivalentes e licenciados que atuam na Educa????o de Jovens e Adultos (EJA) na Escola da Prefeitura de Guarulhos ???EPG Hamilton F??lix de Souza??? na regi??o metropolitana de S??o Paulo. Os encontros reflexivos com a pesquisadora, que tamb??m era coordenadora pedag??gica na modalidade em estudo, foram gravados e posteriormente analisadas algumas reflex??es que permitiram demonstrar a potencialidade dos C??rculos de Cultura animados pela pesquisadora como metodologia de pesquisa na forma????o docente, espa??o de perguntas sem respostas definitivas, numa perspectiva de a????o-reflex??o-a????o, elevando a possibilidade de efetivar o Projeto Pol??tico Pedag??gico (PPP) da escola estudada e o Quadro de Saberes, referencial curricular do munic??pio.
