Resumo: | This study has two general objectives, quite simple: 1) to make a critical- negative balance of educator education policies and the debate about the centrality or not of work as a vital activity or fundamental socio-philosophical category in the understanding of the world contemporary, and therefore in the praxis formation itself of education professionals, so that, from there, it is possible to evaluate with relative certainty, the limitations of the order of the political strategy, originating from the formative proposals made by Gramscinians, Luckasians, Frankfurtians, Habermasians , to be only in the field considered of the left, with the aim of suggesting that the bureaucratic and ideological control that is exerted on the educational work of the educators, constitutes the crucial focus of the disputes, that occur (or not) within the schools, around the conceptions of education / school / formation / process in (2) to make a negative education proposal for educators, not to improve it and / or to improve it, but within a (Negative) Education Philosophy and supported by a certain Marxist tradition, advocate the a human formation project based on a transitional logic, which aims to constitute a bridge to an emancipated political formation, since it is already known, since the Communist Manifesto, that before the forces of reaction, there is really only political education, when there are conflicts / confrontations of material / symbolic interests between two or more strata / social classes, so that it is in the process of resistance to the invested of control of managers / advisors / bureaucrats / ideologists about their political- pedagogical work, that educators will be able to learn , because they are intelligent, that an education that wants to emancipate, both for students, as well as for themselves, is only done with substantial autonomy and, therefore, the process of self-construction of their personal / professional identities, depends exclusively on the praxical disposition to act to transgress this reality, since there is no promising future for both within the limits imposed by the Pedagogy of Capital. |

como para s?? mismos, s??lo se hace con autonom??a sustancial y, por lo tanto, el proceso de auto-construcci??n de sus identidades personales/profesionales, depende, exclusivamente, de la disposici??n praxica en actuar para transgredir tal realidad, ya que no hay futuro prometedor para ambos, dentro de los l??mites impuestos por la Pedagog??a del Capital.Este estudo t??m dois objetivos gerais bastante singelos: 1??) fazer um balan??o cr??tico- negativo das pol??ticas de forma????o dos educadores e do debate em torno da quest??o da centralidade ou n??o do trabalho como atividade vital ou categoria s??cio-filos??fica fundamental na compreens??o do mundo contempor??neo e, portanto, na pr??pria forma????o pr??xica dos profissionais de educa????o, de modo que, a partir da??, se possa avaliar com relativa seguran??a, as limita????es de ordem da estrat??gia pol??tica, oriundas das propostas formativas feitas por gramscinianos, luckasianos, frankfurtianos, habermasianos, deleusianos, foucaultianos e congeneres, para ficar apenas no campo considerado das esquerdas, com vistas a sugerir que o controle burocr??tico e ideol??gico que ?? exercido sobre o trabalho pedag??gico dos educadores, se constitui no foco crucial das disputas, que ocorrem (ou n??o) no interior das escolas, em torno das concep????es de educa????o/escola/forma????o/ processo ensino-aprendizagem e, assim, 2??) fazer uma proposta de educa????o negativa dos educadores, n??o para melhor??-la e/ou aperfei??o??-la, mas no interior de uma Filosofia da Educa????o (Negativa) e respaldada numa certa tradi????o marxista, advogar o projeto de forma????o humana com base numa l??gica transit??ria, que visa se constituir numa ponte para uma forma????o pol??tica emancipada, pois j?? se sabe, desde o Manifesto Comunista, que diante das for??as da rea????o, s?? h?? realmente educa????o pol??tica, quando ocorrem conflitos/confrontos de interesses materiais/ simb??licos entre dois ou mais estratos/classes sociais, de modo que, ?? no processo de resist??ncia ??s investidas de controle de gestores/assessores/ burocratas/ ide??logos sobre seu trabalho pol??tico-pedag??gico, que os educadores ter??o as condi????es de aprenderem, pois s??o inteligentes, que uma educa????o que se pretenda emancipadora, tanto para estudantes, bem como para si pr??prios, s?? se faz com autonomia substantiva, de resto algo improv??vel no atual sistema de ensino e que, portanto, o processo de auto- constru????o de suas identidades pessoais/profissionais, depende, exclusivamente, da disposi????o pr??xica em atuarem para transgredirem tal realidade, j??
