This work aims to analyze the STATUS OF SOCIAL-ASSISTANCE SURVEILLANCE IN THE SOCIAL CONTROL OF SUAS, recognize the process of Social-Assistance Surveillance and the Monitoring and Evaluation, view at the reality of this place in which operates SUAS - in this case, Jundiai’s SUAS - to understand the context of a Social Control exercised on this city and its approximations with the Social-Assistance Surveillance function. This critical interpret of the demands reality implies the need for a proactive stance in the Social-Assistance policy as a public responsibility, not only to be reactive in the form of answers, but to deepen the contexts and determinations of the demands of social protection, from the perspective those situations of vulnerability and social risk can be avoided. The place of Social-Assistance Surveillance in the Social Control necessarily implies the strengthening of the public sense of the production and dissemination of territorialized information
