O professor e a educação inclusiva: um estudo sobre identidade

The objective of this research is to understand the process of constitution of the identity of the professor and its repercussions in the Inclusive Education. Its theoretical base meets in Partner-historical Psychology and the theory of Ciampa on the Identity Metamorphosis. It was opted to a qualitative, with an only citizen, since if objective research not to trace comparisons and measurements, but to study the proper citizen as reference. The data had been collected by means of an opened interview, not directive, in which the professor was instigated to tell its History of Life. After transcribing, it was initiated analysis, that took the four nuclei of significação: Models in its History of Life; To be Teacher: of the papers that assumed to the metamorphosis; Relations established with People with Pedagogical Practical Deficiency and the Inclusive one. It was concluded that in the process of constitution of the identity of the citizen, the master-model occupies prominence place, therefore are responsible for contributing so that the citizen develops values, customs, feelings, beyond ways of being and acting on the world. On the Inclusive Education she is necessary to launch two looks: one for the pupil with deficiency that she needs to be seen as capable and not as deficient (incapable), respecting the existing differences between all the people; e one for the professor, whom it needs to change its values and practical to work with the Inclusive Education, opting to a work in team, also with the staff of the area of the health, the necessity of if investing above all in the formation of professors and, that the necessary professor to be sensetized to work in a humanizadora perspective, that is, to want to make the difference in the life of its pupils
