This thesis presents the psychoanalysis as a treatment policy that enables a certain care orientation in RAPS (Psychosocial Attention Network) by operating a logic centralized on the subject. It discusses the Brazilian historic course of policy, regulation and normalization of national mental health politics. From that historical contextualization RAPS is taken for discussion based on three articulation points which join: care e territoriality; social inclusion and citizenship; and a singular therapeutic project. The specificity of psychoses is perceived as distinct point to convoke the network to promote a singular work in the mental health field, demanding to go beyond the sanitary scope. It analyses the applied psychoanalysis through the perspective of the ‘concerned professional’ and the extension thereof, as presentiment in the world, from its politics. The ‘concerned professional’ engaged with psychoanalysis politics is the one who can operate in the psychosocial attention network a work direction that treats the subject in its relation with the Other, implying possibilities of subscription in the social bond. The theory of the subject notions and social bond in psychoanalysis is analyzed, besides some considerations of the subject in psychosis and autism, to elucidate the encounter of three primary categories: subject, social bond and network. The subject in madness follows a specific territory route and a singular way of inscription in the social bond, demanding a particular way of promoting a treatment network in the mental health field. Throughout the partial construction of a clinic case we elucidate the texture of a singular network of mental health care.
