A subjetividade na clínica com pacientes com câncer hematológico: uma visão da psicanálise

Resumo: This research results of the clinic with the oncologics patients, and therefore it aims to discuss about the effects of cancer treatment, commonly associated with the idea of death, within the subjectivity of those afflicted. It invokes questions about the status of the body, the object of numerous medical interventions, to listen to the subject who it is. The cancer experience produces an estrangement in the relationship with self- image, launching the subject into an anguished experience. These subjects experience the rupture of a future illusion, fear of death, an anticipatory grief, mourning of life itself. Working in a cancer treatment institution thus places the psychoanalyst face to face with the limit s life, with the finitude of each one. In this sense, we will think instead of the analyst from the contributions of Lacan on the ethics of psychoanalysis. Psychoanalysis and medicine, two fields of knowledge, two discourses, make it necessary to conceptualize the notions of body and subject from the Freudian and Lacanian teaching work

Procura indagar sobre o estatuto do corpo, objeto das inúmeras intervenções médicas, ao escutar o sujeito de quem se trata. A vivência do câncer produz um estranhamento na relação com a própria imagem corporal, lançando o sujeito numa experiência de angústia.Esses sujeitos vivenciam a ruptura de uma ilusão de futuro, o medo da morte, um luto antecipado, luto da própria vida. Trabalhar em uma instituição de tratamento oncológico coloca assim o psicanalista frente a frente com os limites da vida, com a finitude de cada um. Nesse sentido, pensaremos no lugar do analista a partir das contribuições de Lacan sobre a ética da psicanálise.
