Resumo: | This research aimed to analyze the professional competences of the proceedings for agroindustrial quality control of the Food Technology College. It was held at the Federal Institute of Education Minas Gerais (IFMG - Campus Bambu?) with a target population of egress students from the Course of Technology in Food and entrepreneurs of agro-industries, with 32 (thirty-two) and 21 (twenty one) samples respectively, using data from the curriculum, mapping the information needed to identify the competences in quality control proposed by agribusiness course. To prove the success of this research, we used the methodology of a questionnaire with open questions with the same matrix reference for both groups respondents. By analyzing the data collected with the questionnaires, it was found that the competences listed reflect the professional profile of egress within the specifics required by the labor market. The set of responses that indicate the competences in the question "unimportant", the average percentage was 0% for graduates and 0.83% for entrepreneurs in the question "less important" was 1.33% (egress) and 4.0% (entrepreneurs); in the issue "important" reached 23.0% (egress) and 27.0% (entrepreneurs); in the issue "very important" was 39.0% (egress) and 38.75% (entrepreneurs); the issue "indispensable" showed 36.67% (egress) and 29.42% (entrepreneurs). The choice of topic was motivated by the importance of Quality Control Agroindustrial Course of Technology in Food for the needs of the labor market. The Quality Control is currently regarded as mandatory for the industries of food, which requires trained professionals to assess product quality, enhance planning activities and agribusiness management. The results showed that competences developed in the Quality Control Agroindustrial egress prepare to meet the needs of agribusiness companies. |

Foi realizada no Instituto Federal de Educa??o Minas Gerais (IFMG Campus Bambu?) tendo como popula??o-alvo os alunos egressos do Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Alimentos e empres?rios das agroind?strias, com 32 (trinta e duas) e 21(vinte e uma) amostras, respectivamente, utilizando dados do m?dulo curricular, no levantamento das informa??es necess?rias para identificar as compet?ncias em controle de qualidade agroindustrial propostas pelo curso. Para comprova??o do ?xito dessa pesquisa, utilizou-se a metodologia de aplica??o de question?rio com perguntas abertas com a mesma matriz referencial para ambos os grupos respondentes. Atrav?s da an?lise dos dados coletados com a aplica??o dos question?rios, verificou-se que as compet?ncias mencionadas traduzem o perfil profissional do egresso dentro das especificidades exigidas pelo mercado de trabalho. O conjunto das respostas que apontam as compet?ncias no quesito sem import?ncia, a m?dia percentual foi de 0% para os egressos e 0,83% para os empres?rios; no quesito pouco importante foi de 1,33% (egressos) e 4,0% (empres?rios); no quesito importante alcan?ou 23,0% (egressos) e 27,0% (empres?rios); no quesito muito importante foi de 39,0% (egressos) e 38,75% (empres?rios); o quesito indispens?vel apresentou 36,67% (egressos) e 29,42% (empres?rios). A escolha do tema foi motivado pela import?ncia do Controle de Qualidade Agroindustrial do Curso Superior de Tecnologia em Alimentos diante das necessidades do mercado trabalho. O Controle de Qualidade, atualmente, ? tido como obrigat?rio para as ind?strias de alimentos, que requer profissionais capacitados para avaliar a qualidade dos produtos, incrementar atividades de planejamento e gest?o agroindustriais.
