Resumo: | An experiment was conducted at the Poultry Unit of the Department of Animal Science, Federal University of Viçosa to evaluate different relationships leucine (Leu), isoleucine (Ile) and valine (Val) with digestible lysine (Lys) on performance and digestible coefficients apparent ileal digestibility (CDIap) of crude protein and amino acids. Were used 512 broiler chickens, Cobb 500 males, with 14 to 23 days old and housed in cages distributed in randomized complete block design with row of cage, and 2x2x2 factorial arrangement (two relationships Leu: Lys digestible (107 and 150%), two relations Ile: Lys digestible (67 and 80%) and two relations Val: Lys digestible (77 and 90%)), comprising 8 treatments, 8 replicates of 7 birds per experimental unit. The treatments were: T1 = 107%, 67% and 77%, T2 = 107%, 67% and 90%, T3 = 107%, 80% and 77%, T4 = 107%, 80% and 90%, T5 = 150%, 67% and 77%, T6 = 150%, 67% and 90%, T7 = 150%, 80% and 77%; T8 = 150%, 80% and 90%. The lysine level of experimental diets was calculated to be 94% of the recommended amount in Brazilian tables for poultry and swine (2011), by using the value of 1.1%. To determine the digestibility coefficients, we used the methodology of collecting ileal with the use of acid insoluble ash (CAI) as an indicator of the level of 1% in the diet. Treatments 2-8 were formed by the replacement of L-leucine, L-isoleucine and L-valine to the starch. Water and food were provided ad libitum. At the end of the experiment, weight gain, feed intake, feed conversion, weight and breast yield and analyzed the diet and ileal digesta content of amino acids, nitrogen, dry matter and CAI for the calculations of CDIap crude protein and amino acids. There was no significant interaction between the relations of valine, isoleucine and leucine (P> 0.05) for the parameters of performance, weight and breast yield. The increase in the ratio of Leu / Lys digestible in 43%, decrease (P <0.0065) weight gain, worsened (P <0.0050) feed conversion, however did not affect feed intake, weight income and chest. The increase ratio of leucine, isoleucine or valine with digestible lysine in 13%, 13% and 43% respectively in diets for broilers, improves CDIap crude protein and most amino acids. The use of excess isoleucine diets with excess valine reduces CDIap of methionine, histidine, glycine, serine, alanine and aspartic acid. The increase ratios of isoleucine and valine by 13% in the feed associated with adequate levels of leucine impairs the digestibility of leucine, valine and methionine, which is also hampered by the increasing isoleucine 13% leucine associated with increased levels by 43% and suitable valine. |
