Resumo: | In order to determine sequences of levels of blood plasma in diets with or without added antibiotics for piglets weaned at 21 days old, two experiments were conducted which were used in total, 288 piglets. The experimental design was randomized blocks with six treatments and six replications, with four animals per experimental unit. In the first period after weaning from 22 to 28 days, the blood plasma levels used were 0.0%, 3.0% and 6.0% and the same levels were used in the second period (from 28 to 35 days) however, combined to form sequences of blood plasma from 0.0 to 0.0%, 3.0 to 0.0%, 3.0 to 3.0%, 6.0% -0.0; 6 , 0 to 3.0% and 6.0 to 6.0%. 35 to 42 days of age, piglets in all treatments received the same diet, free from blood plasma. In experiment 1, during the period from 22 to 28 days there was a linear effect (P <0.05) levels in blood plasma include diet on average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain and feed conversion for animals fed diets containing 6.0% levels of blood plasma. There was no linear effect (P> 0.05) in the sequences of inclusion levels of blood plasma in the diet on average daily feed intake, average daily weight gain and feed conversion for the period from 22 to 28 days and the period from 22 to 49. There was no significant linear effect (P> 0.05) of sequences including blood plasma on the height of intestinal villi (AV) and the colony-forming unit (CFU, g / ml) of calves weaned at 21 days old . However, it was observed a linear effect (P> 0.05) the sequence of addition of plasma in the depth of the crypts of the duodenum. No effect (P <0.05) of sequences including blood plasma on the colony forming unit (CFU, g / ml). The inclusion level of blood plasma in diets for piglets weaned at 21 days of age is 6.0% for the period from 22 to 28 days old animals and the sequence of blood plasma levels for the periods from 22 to 35 consecutive days of age is 6.0% and 3.0% in diets with antibiotics, was no synergistic effect of plasma antibiotic. In experiment two, where diets were free of antibiotic, for the period from 22 to 28 days, was no effect (P <0.05) levels in blood plasma include diet on average daily feed intake, gain average daily weight and feed conversion as the blood plasma was added in dieta.Não effect was observed (P> 0.05) of sequences of levels of blood plasma on the average daily feed intake, weight gain and average daily feed for the period from 22 to 35 days and for the period of 49 days the 22nd. O delineamento experimental utilizado foi de blocos casualizados, com seis tratamentos e seis repetições, sendo quatro animais por unidade experimental. No primeiro período pós desmame dos 22 aos 28 dias, os níveis de plasma sanguíneo usados foram de 0,0%; 3,0% e 6,0% e os mesmos níveis foram usados no segundo período (dos 28 aos 35 dias), porém, combinados de forma a constituir as seqüências de plasma sangüíneo de 0,0 0,0%; 3,0 0,0%; 3,0 3,0%, 6,0 -0,0%; 6,0 3,0% e 6,0 6,0%. Dos 35 aos 42 dias de idade, os leitões de todos os tratamentos receberam uma mesma dieta, isenta de plasma sanguíneo. No experimento 1, durante o período de 22 a 28 dias verificou-se efeito linear (P<0,05) dos níveis de inclusão de plasma sanguíneo na dieta sobre o consumo de ração médio diário, ganho de peso médio diário e conversão alimentar para os animais que receberam dietas contendo níveis de 6,0% de plasma sanguíneo. Não foi verificado efeito linear (P>0,05) nas seqüencias de níveis de inclusão de plasma sanguíneo na dieta sobre o consumo de ração médio diário, ganho de peso médio diário e conversão alimentar, para o período de 22 a 28 dias e para o período de 22 a 49. Não se observou efeito linear (P>0,05) das sequências de inclusão de plasma sanguíneo sobre a altura de vilosidades intestinais (AV) e sobre a unidade formadora de colônias (UFC,g/ml) dos animais desmamados aos 21 dias de idade. No entanto, foi observado efeito linear (P>0,05) da seqüencia de inclusão de plasma na profundidade das criptas do duodeno. Observou efeito linear (P<0,05) das sequências de inclusão de plasma sanguíneo sobre a unidade formadora de colônias (UFC,g/ml).O nível de inclusão de plasma sanguíneo na dieta de leitões desmamados aos 21 dias de idade é de 6,0% para o período de 22 aos 28 dias de idade dos animais e a seqüência de níveis de plasma sangüíneo para os períodos consecutivos de 22 a 35 dias de idade é de 6,0% e 3,0% em dietas com antibiótico, houve efeito sinérgico do plasma sangüíneo com antibiótico. No experimento dois, onde as dietas foram isentas de antibiótico, para o período de 22 a 28 dias, foi verificado efeito linear (P<0,05) dos níveis de inclusão de plasma sanguíneo na dieta sobre o consumo de ração médio diário, ganho de peso médio diário e conversão alimentar a medida que o plasma sanguíneo foi adicionado na dieta.Não foi observado efeito (P>0,05) das seqüências de níveis de plasma sanguíneo sobre o consumo de ração médio diário, ganho de peso médio diário e conversão alimentar para o período de 22 a 35 dias e para o período de 22a 49 dias. Não se observou efeito (P>0,05) sobre a altura de vilosidades e profundidade de criptas.
