Resumo: This paper aims at analyzing whether and how Human Rights and Religious Education relate. To this end, we carried out a bibliographic and documentary research. Thus, in the first chapter, Human Rights in Socio-Historical Case, submitted a brief clipping on human rights, especially about what led to the emergence of such a debate at the international and national levels, and also discussed the concept "right . In this, also sought to reflect on the idea of human dignity, understanding of human rights in the Universal Declaration of Human Rights and also in the National Plan for Human Rights Education. In the second chapter, Anthropological Grounds, spoke up about the idea of the human in the conception of person, making a way back to the founding core and essence of human dignity. We studied the constituent elements and the spiritual dimension of the human being. We studied the constituent elements and the spiritual dimension of the human being. In the third chapter, Legal Frameworks and Public Policy Human Rights in Brazil after 1988, addressed to the legal frameworks and public policy Human Rights in Brazil. The regulations were analyzed: 1988 Federal Constitution, Law of Guidelines and Bases of National Education (LDBEN) and Law No. 9394/96, the National Plan for Human Rights Education (PNEDH), among others studied. Also in this chapter, there is the analysis of religious education post-88, the historical elements of Religious Education in different periods since the beginning of this story until today. We analyzed human rights in the National Curricular Parameters Religious Education (PCNER). In the fourth chapter, Religious Education and Its Relation to Human Rights, it is argued, from the analyzes and reflections arising from the major legal, since the Constitution of 1988, and other documents that derive from it (for example, LDB, PCNER, among others analyzed in the study), in the context normative and supply of education of Religious Education (RE) and human rights. In addition, addressed the existence of the interrelationship between human rights and religious education. In this set, there was reflections on religious diversity and human rights, in a context permeated by multiculturalism, secularism, human rights and education. The study carried explained that a vision of human rights is necessary to explain that this should consider the multiple perspectives from different points of views and perceptions in different contexts and times. To educate a perspective that meets the principles of the Federal Constitution (CF/88), the purpose of education and recognizes the human being as a person in his entirety is necessary to recognize that the "spiritual" dimension is seeded in dignity. Concluded that the Human Rights and Religious Education are inextricably interrelated, both in normative legal aspects, in their founding bases. Concluded that the Human Rights and Religious Education are inextricably interrelated, both in normative legal aspects, in founding their bases, as the fundamentals of theoretical references, conceptual and anthropological analysis, because the idea of dignity is entered inside the literature reviewed and for each document studied.

Para tal, procedeu-se uma pesquisa bibliográfica e documental. Assim, no primeiro capítulo, Os Direitos Humanos no Processo Sócio-histórico, apresentou-se um breve recorte sobre os direitos humanos, principalmente, sobre o que levou ao surgimento de tal debate em âmbito internacional e nacional, e discutiu-se também o conceito direito . Neste, também se buscou refletir sobre a ideia de dignidade humana, a compreensão de direitos humanos na Declaração Universal dos Direitos Humanos e ainda no Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos. No segundo capítulo, Fundamentação Antropológica, discorreu-se sobre a ideia do ser humano na concepção de pessoa, fazendo um caminho de volta ao núcleo fundante e essência da dignidade humana. Estudou-se os elementos constitutivos e a dimensão espiritual do ser humano. No terceiro capítulo, Marcos Legais e Políticas Públicas Direitos Humanos no Brasil após 1988, abordou-se os marcos legais e políticas públicas de Direitos Humanos no Brasil. As normativas analisadas foram: Constituição Federal de 1988, Lei de Diretrizes e Bases da Educação Nacional (LDBEN) e Lei n. 9394/96, o Plano Nacional de Educação em Direitos Humanos (PNEDH), entre outros estudados. Ainda nesse capítulo, há a analise do Ensino Religioso pós-88, os elementos históricos do Ensino Religioso nos diferentes períodos desde os primórdios da historia deste até o momento atual. Analisaram-se os direitos humanos nos Parâmetros Curriculares Nacionais do Ensino Religioso (PCNER). No quarto capítulo, O Ensino Religioso e a sua Relação com os Direitos Humanos, argumenta-se, a partir das análises e reflexões decorrentes dos principais marcos legais, desde a Constituição Federal de 1988, e dos demais documentos que dela decorrem (como por exemplo, LDB, PCNER, entre outros analisados no estudo), no âmbito normativo e da oferta da educação do Ensino Religioso (ER) e dos direitos humanos. Além disso, abordou-se a existência da inter-relação entre os Direitos Humanos e o Ensino Religioso. Nesse conjunto, e realizou-se reflexões acerca da diversidade religiosa e dos direitos humanos, em um contexto permeado pelo multiculturalismo, laicidade, direitos humanos e educação. O Estudo realizado explicitou que uma visão de direitos humanos passa necessariamente pelo entendimento de que essa deve considerar os múltiplos olhares de diferentes pontos de visões e percepções nos distintos contextos e tempos. Para educar numa perspectiva que atenda aos princípios da Constituição Federal (CF/88), os fins da educação e que reconheça o ser humano enquanto pessoa na sua inteireza é necessário reconhecer que a dimensão espiritual está nucleada na dignidade. Concluíu-se que os Direitos Humanos e o Ensino Religioso estão intrinsecamente inter-relacionados, tanto nos aspectos normativos legais, em suas bases fundantes, como nos fundamentos dos referenciais teóricos, antropológicos e conceituais analisados, pois a ideia de dignidade está inscrita no interior da literatura consultada e de cada documento estudado.Made available in DSpace on 2016-07-25T15:28:18Z (GMT).
